Something sorta funny about Jeff Vandermeer, before he got famous, he wrote a novel about The Predator that was some kind of tie-in with a comic book. I watched "Death Trap" with my family because you guys mentioned it, and I really enjoyed it.
In answer to your question at the end whether people seek out anything you talk about, I am currently reading The Marching Morons from one of your previous "What we watched" videos and I have watched various films too.
To answer your question at the end of this video: Yes. I actively watch these for book/movie recommendations. I will even go check out stuff you guys don't recommend if it sounds interesting enough.

I acutally enjoyed the new "Dungeons & Dragons" (2023) and I had low expectations because of the real bad one from 2000. So I recommend watching that. :) Yes, Wesley Snipes was part of "The Expandables 3". And yes, I've put several books and movies you recommended on my to-do-list, but had not have the time to check all of them out. But I will! Hopefully.
I miss your Star Trek reviews, you also have stargate or you can pick random sci-fi shows that lasted like a season. Time cop, fire fly ect. Have a good one.
