In my experience cars with aftermarket aero tends to have less drag compared to cars that came with high downforce stock, an example is the two 911 GT3RSs we have in game, judging by cornering speed the two should have similar downforce when the 991 has all aero parts fitted and max downforce available set in the tuning, but the 991 can achieve a much higher top speed despite having slightly less power
Very nice research! Another thing I'm wonder is about ride height and its effect in aerodynamic in GT7. I know that these effects are very well implemented in ACC, I wonder if it's possible to notice differences
