Man everybody in the comments big mad about the price of the 100 sheets of sticker paper. You guys do realize online a roll of 100 labels / stickers is $100? If i can put 6 of my business labels on each page i can have over 600! It’s sooo much more affordable!!!
Thanks for the video.
The voice of reason. Thankyou.
On Avery.com its $12 🤨 for 96 where are you spending 100? 😂
Xoxo Vxo print shops charge that for a roll
@@LiquidGas0 print shops be charging a hefty markup.
People are getting mad about that?! For the gloss sheet of paper right now It's only 55 cents a sheet not including tax! Even if you only put one eight inch sticker on there, that is still much cheaper than buying stickers from someone online! My only problem is that I am not good with cutting and placing images right so that part of it doesn't get cut out. I always mess up when it comes to cutting and placing images. I wish that there was a way to tell before printing if part of an image would get cut out. Actually, this Isn't vinyl paper, so is this paper good for making stickers that you would place on surfaces like a phone, laptop, car, etc?
When I saw the mic I thought you were going to perform 4 us lol
XD
I saw the mic and turned my volume just for him to talk softly lmao
We're all waiting with baited snapping fingers for his slam poem.
Lol me too🤣
you know we all making stickers in our free quarantine time
lol truueeee
Miranda Clark yes sir
@@TheBruceAllen Mine weren't that waterproof, what did I do wrong? Can you use them on water bottles?
Starting up a store :3
I started a printing business and wow. A lot of people don’t know how to get full high quality prints with high gloss paper. I’ve had to redo so many prints that other company’s mess up. I do gotta say that I like your method for waterproofing
How do you do it sir?
My man! I appreciate an individual whom recognizes constructive criticism and acts upon it instead of just projecting their feelings in regards to the criticism.
This was so simple, easy, cheap, and useful! Can I just say the music made it that much more enjoyable?! Thanks for this video!
aww thankyou.
Awesome video, thanks! I just want to add that it's possible the sticker won't be waterproof if you use an inkjet printer, it's going to depend on the ink your printer uses as they are all different. Buying "weatherproof" sticker paper will help with this, but it still might not make it 100% waterproof without laminating it, so make sure to run some tests before assuming your stickers are waterproof.
This is a super important comment. I got to the end of the video and I was so confused - your stickers are not going to be waterproof just from printing on top of something that's waterproof.
You can coat any kind of paper in shellac in a spray can (couple light coats not heavy ones) done it for stickers bus cards etc. I wouldn't submerge it but it crazy ups the durability
Didn’t now Chris d’elia made stickers
Came here for this comment
This comment aged badly
Joey wait why
@@ninacore444 Just look up Chris D'Ellia lol
As long as its Chris pre Cancelation.
4:25 I love that you said, "trying to be stealthy on the streets" :)
This was awesome info! Thanks for sharing. Now I can make quality stickers on a budget!
finally an affordable method, thank you!
Thanks so much for the tip about slicing the back for easier peeling. I had that problem and it was quickly solved so thanks.
Pretty good and cheap alternative: buy some cheap but not low-quality sticker paper at your local bookstore, print it, and put some clear tape on it before cutting it out.
best tutorial I've seen! short sweet simple. Thank you!
Just what I needed, short and simple. thanks man
I want to have stickers I can actually put on my van window? A regular one will just rub off after it rains so what do I use then?
Thanks so much for your help! This video saved me money and time rather than going to an online store!
Thank you so much! Appreciate it :) I really needed this sm after searching for so many DIYs
This is really helpful because I make stickers it’s soo helpful! I always look for good sticker hacks
Question for you @shaylatucker Might seem silly but if you wanna print a circle sticker does it cut out that design on the sticker paper?
we used this method in our Etsy store when we first started :) now we have over 8,000 sales and some of the best equipment in the industry. By doing this we have grown our Esty shop SierraCustomStickers to the point where we quit our full time job!
Dont come here and plug if you didnt subscribe! haha
Congrats on your business ! I’ll definitely check it out !
Wth happened with your website?
Me some random twelve year old with a dream: blink blink
Wow the shameless self plug. Lmfao
Simple, straight to the point.
When you print the paper with the designs do you put the gloss paper that you showed in the beginning in the printer and print it out on that?
Thank u bruda! Great tutorial
I totally enjoyed watching you mad entertaining lmaoooooo🤣🤣🤣
what printer is best for printing stickers? and what ones are good and affordable? please answer!
for the printing, inkjet or laser print? or both ok? but which is better?
Heck yes! That microphone is how you know you're going to bring it.
Coming to an open mic near you! haha
He said no more DIYs, he vanished when we most needed him
Finally a sticker making tutorial that I needed.Everyone else wanted us to buy a grand worth of equipment.

“Tryna stay stealthy in the streets” 💯✌🏾
my guy
paper: 54$
Him: "as you can see super cheap"
Me: *leaves*
I mean you get 100 sheets...Thats about 50 cents for multiple stickers on each page. Get your money up.
@Deep Inside And yes i do cut a very small percentage. I spend a lot of time making content so it really helps.
Deep Inside I don’t see you trying to help
@@speedymedia8090 You liked your own comment
@Deep Inside haha yeah dude he's a mastermind con artist. Lol your an idiot
You are a godsend. Thank youuu
I really wish to ask if i have a sublimation printer. Can i still make stickers. If yes please advise.
so, how do you get the individual circle cuts around each sticker once you print it at kinkos?
Whats a good printer to buy for stickers and making t shirts ?
Do they last for a car decal?
Thank you Bruce, I appreciate this information 🙏
So this is weatherproof? Can it be washed? Stick on hydroflasks? Also is the spray better than using a lamination machine?
What do you use to cut them? I'm looking for the best way to make them but also a good, affordable machine for cutting too.
I recommend a silhouette portrait 3. It's a few hundred dollars but it does a great job. (if ur looking for lower prices than that, honestly u should just stick with your trusty hand and scissor.)
i was trying to look for 12x12 glossy paper and i cant find it anywhere, any suggestions?
Amazing video what a life saver
I ordered this sticker paper and it curled at the long edges so now every time I go to print an order, I have to bend the sides back so my printer doesn't hit the edges
Will the ink not come off the sticker if it was to be an outdoor sticker? For example on a car
hi can you tell me what printer are you using thanks very much i need something like this to print dvd labels thanks very much
did you cut the circles yourself or does kinkos actually cut them to the shape of the sticker and do they cut if their not circles like say if it was a football will kinkos make it football shaped or just circles?
You can use a Cricut or Silhouette Cameo cutting machine to also cut out the stickers shapes, don't know if you have one of those but thats how a lot of people are making their stickers at home n it can cut out any shape sticker because you adjust it in the software on your computer. I'm buying a Cameo 4 this week and will use it to make stickers. I don't have an answer about Kinkos tho, we don't have those where i live
Solid info 👌💯 , thanks for you time
Did you cut each sticker out individually? Or did you use something to make them perfectly round?
I think he cut it on his own. Or else he would have mentioned he used a silhouette or something.
@@esthercho6249 i was wondering the same thing, but reading this gave me the idea of creating a 'cookie cutter' to score the sticker's shape (instead of buying a plotter / doing it by hand), so thanks!
now that's dope
What setting do you use for the printer? Semi-gloss? Matte?
Im still figuring that out
Hey i have a designjet t520 and would like to begin a side hustle and i want to know were to get the vinyl materials and if it comes in roles i am based is south africa any info would be helpful
Is this paper good for car window decal?
him: without breaking the bank, super cheap!
*is literally $54*
me, a "child": THAT'S EXPENSIVE!
Wait until you see the price for getting your stickers printed online.
you: "omg hes a genius"
@@TheBruceAllen I never said you were a genius, lol. also I have a printer at home, that I can get done for free, and I'm not old enough to drive a car, my parents won't drive me because 1.) I'm not with my dad enough to ask him. 2.) My mom won't because gas is expensive and we don't live close enough. 3.) my mom is kinda sycho and makes me uncomfortable when I'm with her. 4.) non of my siblings will because one is mentally ill and can't drive right now, and the other lives to far away to drive me. so um... yeah
Would this work if i wanted to make car window stickers? Would they be suitable?
Good stuff!
I forget if I asked this, and can't find my comment, but how do you place your images correctly so that when they print none of the images get cut off or go over onto another sticker? There has to be an easier way than what I'm doing. Shrinking images multiple times until I get the size that I want and all the same size, and having all of them pasted together on a blank image, then test printing on normal paper to see if everything lines up right. Is there a tool or program that makes it easy or easier to have your images lined up right? A way to see how they'll print out before printing?
Margins
Thank you so much! 😍🙌🏻✨
Thanks dawg
I knew time travel was possible I knew it.. great microphone you must be traveling forward from the '70s awesome.
Whats the name of the app you use to create the stickers ?
Out trying to be stealthy on the streets, this guy know whats up.
Cant have yall looking sketch taking 30 secs to peel the back of a sticker.
@@TheBruceAllen man no ones gona stop u from sticking a sticker to a lampost lmao
Hi. This is great! I know this is after the video is made and your probably not seeing this, but what do you mean by cutting an x through the paper? Like fully cutting the paper like that, or just lightly cutting an x. I don't know what that means haha. Please explain if you can! Also, do you have to use word? Or can it be on a google doc. Will it not work on a google doc?
Thank you!
Waterproof sticker paper is great as your stickers won’t disintegrate when exposed to moisture. However, won’t the ink from any inkjet print still run if it gets wet and has not been laminated? Just looking for clarification here. Thanks!
Mine were waterproof, but they disintegrated in the sun sadly. Trying to fix that
would making these be plausible for like spin art or other paintings? would they stick well to a clean canvas better over one thats already painted?
I imagine they would stick to a canvas pretty well. Don’t quote me cause I have never tried.
@@TheBruceAllen thanks for the reply.
Do I have to use a inkjet printer?
Awesome work 🖨✅ When I saw your mic 🎤 I thought that you were going to spit rhymes 🎶🎶🎶 Great 👍🏽 video!
Ok I'm sorry Im really slow but we put the sticker paper in our printers to print correct?
Yes. Print it on your label paper first and then send it through your die cutter.
Great info. Thank you.
Just saw your first video then this one not paying attention that you made both and was like wait a minute I know this guy. Lol thank you for the videos 👍🏾
the glow up is real lol. Your welcome!
Okay so.... can these be used on cars.. I really want to make peeker stickers for my car
Thanks!
THANK YOU SO MUCH!
I love how he didn't make a 20 minte video like some other people ❤🔥
Hey that’s the internet 🤣
Thank you :)
What about using your printer and a cricut machine? It prints then cuts. I'm learning and trying to figure out the best way>
I'm really at wits end here, I have an inkjet printer, everyone I've talked to says you can't make weatherproof decals with inkjet. Is that true?
What printer do you use?
On the gloss paper does the ink bleed or rub off without laminate? I'm having that problem with a paper I got with my inkjet
It wont. But for extra protection you can buy laminate for extra protection and thiccness. Recommend the laminate in the storage aisle in walmart. like $5 for fat roll.
THANK YOU
WIll this paper work in a sawgrass printer i have the sg1000
Any cheaper splash proof sticker paper ?
wich printer you're using?
What program are you using to align them? Is it just word for Mac?
its just word
Thank you for this!
My pleasure!
Is the sticker paper white? I’m making a sticker with a logo but there are spaces between the image so will those spaces be white?
Yes the sticker paper is white. And yes the space between will be white of the paper. Not white ink.
Thank you......excellent video... First one wasn't bad...lol
i came here after ordering sticker paper on amazon and it was the right brand but its matte 😩 im hoping i can find a way to laminate them to make them glossy. amazing video!
I use scotch self adhere laminate! It’s fairly easy to lay down and it’s nice and shiny. It doesn’t look as great but the colors never smear off! It’s what I do for the matte paper. I bought it by accident as well
Could also buy a roll of glossy shelf laminate from walmart for like $5
Oracal glossy vinyl laminate on Amazon is cheap and it works so well
Can you do this with anything other than word? Like illustrator?
What is the software he is using? Is that a microsoft word?
Thank you sooooooo much!!! 💯😭🙌🏾
I am a bit confused. What purpose does the slit serve?
To be able to peel off the backing of the sticker more easily and quickly.
But he didnt show cutting out the sticker in general.
HI the black ink on my polyester paper doesn’t want to dry. Is the paper the problem, or the ink ? I dunno, if someone has advices ! Thaaanks
What are u using to lay out the stickers on your computer?
microsoft word
Wow a minute in and this guy has told me nothing relevant to why I'm here
What program you using
Good Video bro
do you have to cut them out yourself or can you use a sticker cutter? for example a cricket. because whenever i see people use one of the machines it makes a sheet and not an individual sticker. because im bad and slow at cutting starting a company may be harder if i cant use a machine.
You can use a cricut or your hands. totally up to you and how deep your wallet is. I use my hands. But If you are mass producing intricate designs a cricut is ALOT easier.
That's the Angle thank you!
Thank you for this video this was super simple :)
