Your techniques are quite mercifull learning that in egypt was like hell. We made crazy amount of reps and hold static holds for along time if any of us did like a really little mistake we got hit by a metal bar or they use their hands. and we did hanging leg lifts my coach told me it is the key to press to hand stand but I don't think so . And we did it from straddle sit.
