- Dean and I head out for a fish with a small gap in the weather and come back for a tasty catch and cook using greens from the garden and eggs from the chickens.
Blue cod is not usually caught in our waters as they are a southern fish caught in the south Island. This blue cod surprised us and it was a good size fish.

It's not often that we catch blue cod around here so was an awesome surprise to get and it went well with some fresh produce from the garden. 😀

Not very often we blue cod around here bro so a real surprise and a couple of tasty fat fillets. Just need an elephant now in the banana forest ay? 😀

Love 💕 from Samoa 🇼🇸. Bro do some raw fish cuz. Lemon 🍋 lime vinegar salt and chilli 🌶 marinade for 4 hours stir it about or ideally u get some coconut cream with O’Leary of salt and leave that over night. It’s good bro 😎 u can add cucumber and tomato and Hebrew like ceviche.
