I met him before at Comic con, he sat there for a few hours and hardly anyone came up to talk to him or see him. I only realized he was there when he was packing up. My dad wanted to take a picture but he didn't seem in a good mood. I did manage to get to talk to him and he was telling me about how much he did enjoy doing the work for Grevious and the B1 battle droids. He did some voice samples for the B1's. I told him that I definitely enjoyed the clones wars because of the droids and it was one of my favorite parts. He said, "well if you enjoy Legos as well, you'll hear those B1's and more in the upcoming game ;)"
It's super dope to hear he is reprising his role again.
Edit: This was last year's comic con and two major WWE wrestlers were the focus. Which is mainly why it was held. Sting and JBL were there. (Both were awesome btw and took time to talk to each fan)
The Star Wars game he was referring to was the Lego Star Wars: Skywalker Saga coming out. I am definitely excited for it and again I'm super glad he is reprising his roles.

Mr. Lucas described his original vision for Grievous as a mustache-twirling villain that is intent on being the most intimidating figure in the room but is actually quite pathetic, and the only reason that they went with the final character design was because it was just too cool to pass up. Having the VA sound like a campy soap opera villain and then making them artificially intimidating is just genius.

So damn funny how he got the part, too. (This is what I heard from Blind Wave, at least, but I definitely trust those guys about Star Wars trivia.)
Matt was one of the lead sound designers for Revenge of the Sith, and when trying to make Grievous’ modulation, he used several different voices and played with various sound settings for each. One of the voices he used was his own, cuz he was just hanging out and working on it and threw his voice in as something to work on. He took them all to George and played them for him, and George said “That one! That’s the guy that needs to be Grievous!” Matt was like “You’re…you’re sure? You want, _specifically,_ this guy?” And George was like “Yes! Go! Make it happen! Why are you still here?” So Matt went off and recorded all of the Grievous lines of the movie, and apparently George didn’t even find out who the actor actually was until well after the movie released. I freaking love that story. 😆
