The bike handle or the cow horn handle trimmer is the best configuration for all day comfort. Where can one order one?
I'm considering moving to battery power for a brushcutter and chainsaw for domestic use, although quite heavy usage, would you recommend stihl or ego?
The new 1620 didn't work as I wanted. Mine would run the line down to as low as three inches, but would take far too many seconds to unreel more line. Will try again next year. But for now, I'll keep the 1520S and have more control over when and how much line to use. 👍

I sold my Milwaukee for Ego... Absolutely no regrets.
Bought an Ego trimmer last year instead of dealing with repairing my other gas whackers. It has a bit of a learning curve with putting line in it. It's nice not having to deal with gas, carbs, and broken fuel lines, anymore. I do wish it was a bit lighter however. It weighs about the same as a gas whacker and the head is slightly heavier (w/ motor there) making it kind of awkward to use in comparison. Curious how long the battery lasts until it dies early and needs replaced.
Thank you Dev. Yeah the weight of good quality gear is a sign of quality. We see so much rubbish come through our doors broken at our dealership and it’s usually the cheaper lighter stuff.
