Random but... do y’all no the things that hurt but feel so good. Like I took a headphone out that was hurting my ear and it hurt but felt good. Think it’s just stress relief, your body is stressed from tension from the ponytail, tight pants, etc and when you relied that tension your body feels nice from the relief but still hurts because of the leftover tension. Totally spitballing here and have no factual evidence to support my claim
