Do you carry a similar solution that includes a back up camera?
I wish I watched this video before watching the official Kentrol install video. I also wish I knew about those splice connectors as splicing the wiring behind the tail light was a joke, along with the other methods of wiring which looks so messy from the official Kentrol video.
Just installed. Would recommend fishing the wire before you bolt it on. Couldn’t find the wire and had to take it off to fish through.

The one down side is the license plate light. It got too many led lights that is so insanely bright. It should be only 2 or 3 led light to eliminate the intensity.
The lights are really bright, however i'd rather have too much light, than too little!
Why didn’t you use spice connectors for the third brake light?
License plate light looks blue like in all the reviews about getting pulled over.

I have a 2014 JK and the wiring colors are not the same.
Winning hate to have made more sense to cut the wiring harness from the spare tire Carrier that way you could make it disconnect obal

Ethan, they sell a kit for '07-'09 JKs (fits '07-'08 and some '09 JKs*), (kit shown in video above) and a different kit for '10-'17 JKs (fits some '09 and '10-'17*, possibly '18 JKs**).
*In 2009 JKs went from one style of tailgate to a different one and some '09 came with the '07-'08 tailgate, while others came with the newer tailgate that went on to the '10-'17 JKs.
** Kentrol advertises its latest kit as to fit on '10-'17 JKs, I would think it does fit the few 2018 JKs that were made, but, like I have said before: I'll let Kentrol (or a 2018 JK owner) answer that.
With your 2014 you shouldn't have any problems. These explanations are really good and to the point. Just get the right kit for your Jeep.
