Is this gonna be agatha’s journey to knowing true power comes from the coven and not from the self. Wanda was so powerful because of her need to protect
Wanda was so powerful because she is unlike any other witch. She is a myth, a being of unfathomable power. She has no coven, she needs no incantation. It is her destiny to rule or destroy the world.

First off, this song and sequence were absolute bops So I rewatched the Disney 'reveal' of this song at D23... a few interesting things I caught that might be story hints: 1) "Teen" is singing with them in the D23 version but not this one (where I don't think he even is aware of the song, but he definitely seems to be helping/participating), but in the D23 version I can't pick his voice out like I can with the others (is his mic even on? Is it a subtle nod to the fact he's trying to be part of the song but he's not *in* the song? etc) 2) Debra Jo Rupp finally gets sucked into the song about the time the "middle" bell is rung - and at some points seems to know what's going on but it's unclear (she might just be singing along with the chorus parts? The camera's not on her enough to be certain) but she does the same thing in the D23 version where she doesn't start singing until almost the end. 3) Aubrey plaza is in the D23 version but doesn't appear to be singing at all through the entire thing. Aside from that I just liked how in both versions the characters are very "themselves" - Agatha is vamping like something out of a bad musical, the potions chick is just calm and she's "in it" but she's fairly stoic, Patty LuPone seems really reserved and reluctant to even be doing it, and once she gets into it the asian chick seems to be committing more and more as the song builds. It was a neat character development moment, and I think it's probably a pretty strong foreshadow of how the characters will act on the road itself.
