- Awaken Third Eye & Kundalini Shakti through eN Kriya, guided meditation (Nithyananda Satsang 20 Feb 2011)
Living Incarnation and Avatar Paramahamsa Nithyananda began the eN-Kriya initiation with some important truths about the Third eye, ajna chakra, and how eN-Kriya initiation directly awakens it.
"The brow center is the cosmic browsing center. You can access, download, use, send any info to and from cosmos. The cosmic archives are directly available, you can access it. You have possibility of experiencing it."
He wasn't being philosophical, he was explaining "something much more tangible than what you think as tangible; more reality than what you think as reality. Understand, the non mechanical parts of the brain in your system are responsible for the extra ordinary experiences and powers. It can send and receive messages to anybody, anywhere in the universe. It can attract the right people towards you and send the wrong people away from you!"
The 5 life breathings happening in you, are directly connected to the 3rd eye.
Your body can be compared to an instrument -- your muladhara (chakra) is a bowl filled with mercury, where the mercury can be equated to the reproductive energy which can create life. Your spine is like 3 tubes, hollow tube -- 3 nadis -- idagala, pingala, sushumna. The root of the spine is on the mercury bowl which is reproductive energy. The top of the tube is the 3rd eye -- the ajna chakra. Through the 2 tubes if you can send intense energy, air pressure, the mercury can directly be sent to the 3rd eye. The tubes are your spine, mercury bowl is your root centre, filled with energy to fill life. When you send prana intensely through the side tubes, because of the pressure, the mercury goes through the middle tube and reaches the top -- then the Ajna chakra gets activated. That is what I am doing in eN-Kriya.
By intensely infusing life breath, the ajna chakra opens and extraordinary leadership quality opens. eN-Kriya directly awakens your inner potential energy. It is the essence of the whole levitation process from the whole 48 day LEP process. Do the eN-Kriya at least for 21 days. I can guarantee that your mitochondria cell energy will improve at least 500%. The mitochondria can be roughly equated to the Kundalini Shakti.

Swamy was describing patanjala yoga sutras very very amazingly,because I have studied so-many spiritual books but I was not hear this type of crystal clear lessons any where. I learned from his lessons many many thanks to him. Also I like him for spreading the Spirituality to the many countries which was written by my beloved Ancestors of Rushis/Yogis/Swamies and so many masters' of India.

Veda Mata knows how to make sure that those who are gifted with initiation into spiritual powers are spiritually mature enough to qualify for them. It is only by Her grace and Swamiji's that so many programs, and spiritual teachings are available for free. And what makes you think that He is giving them in an uncritical way. Don't think that you know more than He does about what He is doing and how He is guiding and protecting both Sanatana Hindu Dharma and those beings who come to Him for their transformation.

can someone explain to me step 4? do I cover my ears, eyes, nose and mouth AFTER taking a deep breath? then do I release and do that again 21 more times??
TAke deep breath, hold as much as u can....then release and inhale again and hoooooold as musch as u can...for 21 times :)
Cover the senses-In which ever state of breath (after intake/ outtake ) ..He is talking about prana energy...send the energy inside you..means breathe in and hold.. till you are comfortable...now take off and release...then again breathe in, send energy into you, stop and hold ..do this 21 minutes...understand the context and do...listen to him till you understand...when you are totally listening you catch the point..
It seems he never scientifically proved he can teleport., I somehow believe him though, i'd love to see it.

Take note that the 2nd chakra (swadhisthan- left side) can get badly damaged by false gurus as one of its qualities are pure knowledge! Clinging on to concepts or dogmas collect in the superego (conditionings) which are false!!

The third eye is not a myth. It just takes the right being to awaken it, and Swamiji is the right being. Experience yourself and let your third eye be awakened by him.

Dear Swami Ji! I followed the 7 steps. t's wonderful. Within 5 days I've observed mysterious things regarding the 3rd eye. Now I see the tunnel and then it expands and vanishes. Now my question is what should I do more and what should be the limit, I mean what will happen next, and how many days I should go on? Thanks
i did this kriya for a few weeks, and one day while meditating my third eye opened and the expereance was so powerful and beautiful i knew from that day i was a changed man. Swami is the real deal he has now blessed me with many truly amazing expereances,

Swamiji is not brain washing... have you seen people who have awful kundalini awakening symptoms like suffering from entities, uncontrollable spontaneous movements of the body, painful energies in the spine and heart/head/abdomen, and their lives falling apart? I have. It comes from inexperienced people awakening their own Kundalini by force, or by "kundalini gurus" who are not using authentic methods and lineages. Would you buy yourself the cheapest coca cola knock off brand to drink at your wedding, or a nice wine from a beautiful winery? Kundalini can be passed from Guru to disciple, that is why people go to Swamiji, it is a PURE and AUTHENTIC lineage of enlightened beings... its like putting organic food in your body vs dollar store food. take pride in your AWAKENING and give yourself the best, safest, and most authentic experience with a system that is ongoing (nithya satsang, free books, programs, and sangha/spiritual family who are all on the journey with you). There really is no other option. Nithyananda's kundalini is the safest I've seen, in thousands of people, ive never heard of or seen a negative experience, which i have seen hundreds of times outside of Nithyananda Sangha.
