    I remember watching this meditation online while it was happening live in India. I experience for the first time my kundalini energy rising from the base of my spine. It happened suddenly. One another time when I was practicing the meditation at home alone I remember hearing the sound OM when I focused on my third eye. I was stunned! I had to test if what I was hearing was indeed real so I was focusing on the noise outside of the room and then back on my third eye. Every time I focused my attention on the third eye I was again hearing the sound OM.

    My experience and knowledge about the meditation 'Nithya Dhynan' (the bliss of life) doing this meditation with devotion and sincerity, is the best, I felt how my body warms up, the blockages of the spine are unblocked, one can breathe better and the mind calms down, I feel joy and strength, thoughts change, they are powerful, I had more courage and willpower to continue working, to stay in motion.

    This is the best meditation ever!!! The first time i did it i felt my kundalini awaken.
    After doing it straight for a week i decided i HAD to go to Inner Awakening. In Feb 2016 i met Swamiji. It was the best day of my life.

    omg 2nd time doing this meditation and my hands become hot and my ears turned red from the heat. The first time was in the Temple and at the spleen chakra I felt the Divine Mother so strong I barely made it through the meditation

      Problem is Im not understanding the visions Im seeing as a result of opening the the 7 chakras and yet I am meditating on all 12 now hoping to gain better understanding

      You should come to Inner Awakening, and experience this in Swamiji's physical presence. He can answer your questions, look into your energy, and guide you personally. We all find this is the absolute best; nothing like the personal, one on one time.

    Thank you Swamiji. I can't say that my Kundalini was awakened, but had the first mystical experience. My back started shaking in the second step and I was crying for no reason throughout the third step. Also developed severe pain on the left of my throat.

    beautiful meditation but when swami ji guide to third step that time background music is like a om jai jagdish hare arti tune that time our mind gone to tune word .my mind catch the word imagine .

      +Virendra Namdev Have you heard Swamiji's talks on "Unclutch?" When this happens to me (mind starts to think during a meditation) I practice Unclutching, and it really works. :)

    Would you have any recommend meditations to maintain the awakening? I understand it has awoken a few months back but when I get in certain situations, I feel it's crawled back in hiding. Does that make sense? Work was tough for me and so I meditation and asked for the negative to be removed and was quickly laid off. Now while out looking for work I need to maintain the awakening. I hear my soul speaking loudly to fully be awake

      +sally perzanowski When you have kundalini awakening, the best way to keep it flowing is to start living the 4 tattwas of integrity, authenticity, responsibility, and enriching. You will see it raise in your body and mind again. Do not get worried if it fades a bit - just realign yourself :) This is spiritual practice.

    i have a terrible fear of doing this alone. like i will not be able to return. like it will scare me so badly tht i will lose control of myself. i am o.k. unitl the part where you sa you will awaken the kundalini. i freeze up then. why is this. this happens in all my attempts at meditation. i reach a certain place then freeze up with fear.

    What is happening to me? This is the second time I have tried this and not 2 minutes into this I start to feel lightheaded and my eyes and lips start to twitch! Is this a dietary thing or how can I continue at a comfortable pace without feeling anxious or that I may pass out?

      The light-headedness is normal in the first stage of the meditation. The twitching of your eyes and lips are likely the kundalini purifying your muscles and whole system. When I was sitting for my one of my first sessions of Shivoham process, the kundalini also had this effect on my system. It was bizarre but it also passed. You may continue, it is just cleansing your system :)
