So if the energy of the Anja goes down when you focus on your body, isn't that a good healing technique? I mean, you fuel it with energy of the cosmos and then you bring that energy inside your body (your heart, for example). It gives a very delicate feeling and that light you bring inside, which is right from the source, is very powerful and I feel it's also healing. What do you think?
