So if the energy of the Anja goes down when you focus on your body, isn't that a good healing technique? I mean, you fuel it with energy of the cosmos and then you bring that energy inside your body (your heart, for example). It gives a very delicate feeling and that light you bring inside, which is right from the source, is very powerful and I feel it's also healing. What do you think?

Can you please tell me where I can find this Matra. So I can read it as well say it. What makes it difficult I am dyslexic. Har ha. It is very useful copying in saying this marta. Where can I go online to get the words. Also I love their CDs or soundtracks of this Marta thank you my spelling I like I said I'm dyslexic. If I can it would be great to have a soundtrack of his voice. He says it very clearly and easy to understand. During the session i had a down load. .a long paper strip of document unroll before my eyes. Lots of words highlighted in orange. But i couldn t read it. Too small and rolling too fast. Ma can you explain to a fellow canadian?
