Hi, i am thinking of a chance to gearbox to a new one because of the old one not working properly, i need it after changing the recording gearbox? Thanks for your advance
Regarding the test drive, do I need to do it specifically? Or can I just use my car as normal (for ex. drive around in the city) and whenever I use a highway it will finish the adjustment of the clutches?
In s-tronic is it possible to make a custom program that shifts all the gears at 1500 RPM? Or is there a manner to make the paddle shifters on the steering wheel to chage "when I want"? I see that they will allow to shift only when a certain RPM is reached (especially when shifting to higher gears) I have a A3 184CV TDI and it has plenty of power at low RPM, shifting such high is just burned fuel Thank you
We replaced the clutch. After that we only did Adaptation-10 and the we only performed the clutch kiss calibration and the clutch valve calibration. Right after that the shifting of the gears where quiet smooth and good as it was in the beginning. Do we need to perform the other steps also?
@@bonevchannel if I trying to perform the clutch valve calibration, it starts running for a whilw and than it stops with a message in green " abandon due to saftey reasons" the rest of the steps works perfectly. The Meassage in green and not red so I think its not that bad.

You can drive in 5 or 7 for clutch 1 and gear 6 for clutch 2. It takes about 2 hours for all. If you commute daily to work for lets say 30 min I would just do that and check the clutch adaptation at the end of the week.
hallo bonyo bonev. I bought an Audi A6 C7 2015 3.0 tdi S Tronic, car drives super well with gear changes, but I experience a small problem when I brake when it goes down in the gears completely when the car stops at a traffic it makes a small vibration, I can feel it in the brake pedal. I have the vcds cable, can you help me with which adaptation should i reset ? rhankssss
Hi, You need to do all the steps as outlined in the video. This is not a guarantee that the problem will be solved. If you ask me first check when the oil is due for a change, second if it is close to being due replace it, third run all steps in this video, final thing is to check for software updates on the gearbox here: th-cam.com/video/iEoJ9iakXL8/w-d-xo.htmlsi=BCv8SPTLKnz9LAbK
When i do Clutch valve adaptation i get Aborted-Safety Reasons, tried it 3 times, and the same. Temperature was 40-50 Celsius. And i just got the transmission rebuilt.
I did all the steps but i didn't drive it that much, 1-2 hours, i drive it like 20 min then i parked, i will drive more in the following days, this is wrong? Will cause somtehing bad?

@@bonevchannel Thanks for the reply, I kept driving and my next step is “middle positive step” Do you know why are my values backwards compared to what you’re supposed to get?
Hi guys! Just did all steps for transmission adaptation but not the one with reset … to factory settings, I dont have that option in my vcds menu, now remains to drive 1.30-2.00 hrs, My question is, can I perfom this after a few hours I mean when going to work. Thx.
Hello! For some reason mine won't erase counter for start stop procedures. It does all the rest no problem. I've tried many times now I just get an error with not in range? Any idea how to make it work or is not that important? Thanks 🤞🏻

@@straight2dapointD no the process in VCDs is about 20 min. The adjustment of the clutches takes about 2-3 hours of total driving which can be done as you go to work and back every day.

Hi, i dont have options in Basic settings like you do, i tried it when temperature was 80celsious, is that maybe reason? @Bonyo Bonev
Temperature is no reason for the missing option. Maybe car modification or not S-Tronic 501

I guess if they work perfect you can skip. In any case it is best to perform all steps.

@@SliZTec does it gives you an error code? One thing can be the right temperature. The next is if the transmission has some issues.

@@SliZTec hi, you should be at park gear and no breaks during calibration of clutch valves.
@bonevchannel, can I use this tutorial for Stronic DL382?
I am not sure to be honest. Most likely yes, but since I do not have this one I cannot guarantee 100%

Принципно само след смяна на нещо.
Will this procedure be fine for CVT gearbox?
I am not sure. Better check with a garage. I never had to do adaptation on my CVT when I had it.
Anybody else get ERROR: Vehicle speed too high when performing calibration of distance sensors?
What is the best way to drive (in which gears, speed, etc.)?
To drive in general to save gears life I would say automatic on comfort mode.
I got confused about the final part.. it's necessary to drive the car for 2 hours? Just in gears 6..and 5 or 7?

@@OliverSQ It should work in any gears to be honest. So just drive it for a week and monitor the status via VCDS
