I am from India. I started watching it since a week.. how beautifully presented with all respect and thoughts. Dureshwar is looking so innocent and beautiful. Seriously it is worth watching
Oh god... I can't control my tears... every episode feels like our own or our mother's story... in episode 7, when she lost her in-law's side jhumka, and then found it at her mother's place, and when she hugged her mom and cried... it felt like we, as the audience, cried with her too... It has become one of my favorite show.
I agree, in every argument shaandaan is the one who start it, her husband since like compromising with everything, he is the one who try to avoid fight, but she just make it so big issue that their end up in a argument, she is totally like her father

It's been 3 mnths to my marraige n m going through all the same stuff. Every woman suffers alot after marraige. Inlaws say they would treat us like their daughters but after marraige they don't value their daughter in laws and expct them to manage all the house chores.
But it doesn't matter cause your never appreciated and at your parents home you were encouraged and praised for all chores you managed with all other ongoing aswell but it's all different at your inlaws

I hate to see educated, talented, confident girls being subjected to inhuman treatment by their husbands and in-laws. I believe girls should not tolerate abusive beviour. But having said so, I think girls should should not wallow in self pity and succumb to pressures, but handle their circumstances intelligently and with smart stra tegy. This will make life easier for them and put a break on the in- laws' misbehaviour.

Why does Shandana keep being rude to her mother like that! Its so infuriating that she thinks she has it worst than her mother just cuz she doesn't show it. The way she keeps crying over being a working woman while her husband or her financial condition never even forced her to go out and work! It was her own choice. Her mother raised two children when she can't even take care of one, poor Sophie has huge eye bags from depression at her young age cuz her parents are too busy living their own lives and treating her like a burden. Shandana really needs to reflect on herself too and not just blame Haider for everything. She is just as much rude, sarcastic, rough, arrogant and insensitive as he is now towards her. When she doesn't even bother cooking him a nice meal if he is hungry and the chef didn't come to work any day, then she has no right to complain about him not giving her flowers or care either. Couples r like family, bcuz they make the foundation of a family, if u can't sacrifice even a little of ur time and attention for ur spouse, don't complain when they don't do that for u either.

If Shehwar knew how her in laws were like, why would she get her daughter married to Fazilats son? Knowing what she went through when she first got married, I’m sure she could’ve made shandana understand. I know it was a love marriage between the two but she should have warned her daughter then.

I think one thing is lacking in dur e shahwar. She must be clever enough to tell her husband ( with heart or not) that she miss him, she waits for him, she's addicted of his love. When a man knows his women love her. She will feel alone without him . She will be scared when he's not with him. When a man feel he is a super man for his wife he loves this.

Sanam was indeed a great actress but she has somehow ruined her vocal cords. She can't deliver dialogues the way she used to do in these dramas

I have never watched such expression of emotions ever. The series has so many layers to it, it is quite interesting to be able to unfold these layers.

Why does Shandana keep being rude to her mother like that! Its so infuriating that she thinks she has it worst than her mother just cuz she doesn't show it. The way she keeps crying over being a working woman while her husband or her financial condition never even forced her to go out and work! It was her own choice. Her mother raised two children when she can't even take care of one, poor Sophie has huge eye bags from depression at her young age cuz her parents are too busy living their own lives and treating her like a burden. Shandana really needs to reflect on herself too and not just blame Haider for everything. She is just as much rude, sarcastic, rough, arrogant and insensitive as he is now towards her. When she doesn't even bother cooking him a nice meal if he is hungry and the chef didn't come to work any day, then she has no right to complain about him not giving her flowers or care either. Couples r like family, bcuz they make the foundation of a family, if u can't sacrifice even a little of ur time and attention for ur spouse, don't complain when they don't do that for u either.
