Nature of honourable Judge Saheb is praiseworthy because he wants to new legally talented lawyers come in judicial sector to enrich our legal system so he always encourages new lawyers and also he guides them how to proceed case properly , normally he believes is permitting bails when a young lawyer pleads the case and I am seeing that he does want to send people behind the bars for simple reasons , this attitude of Judge Saheb reinforces the faith of a common citizen on our judiciary .

@Law Chakra Can you please explain me why we are praising the judge - he has a different attitude of treating junior and senior lawyer. Shouldnt law be the same for everyone.
Matlab vo senior jaan booch kar junior ko bhejne lagega case jeetne ke liye.

@@manishtripathi3751 There is no law which states how senior or junior lawyers will be treated. What the hon'ble judge says is he may dismiss the petition if it would have been argued by a senior lawyer. Why? Because senior lawyer should understand the importance of drafting a good petition. A good draft will always help a lawyer to explain his arguments and facts and will help him to have a edge over the opposite party lawyer. Parties can always twist the case if the opposite parties petition is not proper. But I think even if this case was argued by a senior lawyer, the judge would have not dismissed his petition. Why? Because Liberty of a citizen is more important than minor mistakes. Judge was just scolding the senior, nothing more

This reminds me of a bail petition which I filed for my two clients in a muder case. There were four accused out of which I was the lawyer for two an another high profile lawyer for the remaining two. The bail matter was posted after lunch and being a new advocate I went into the court room right at 2pm. The Hon'ble judge asked me to wait so that he can listen to both the counsels w.r.t same matter. I pleaded that I want to argue first because if luckily the bail is granted then I would not be able to know whether it was my arguments or that if the other big wig lawyer that clinched the issue. Fortunately the court heard me and it was only after my arguments that the other counsel came to the court. Later on the court granted bail to my client whereas the bail petition of the other counsel was rejected
Nothing special just a happy reminiscence

"If your senior has argued I would have rejected his bail", that means judge is deciding to give bail based on drafting not based on evidence. If a common man who is a victim hires a lawyer who has bad drafting skills then this victim won't get justice. If drafting is bad then judge needs to ask lawyer to draft it properly. Not to make bad judgement
