this just......... BLEW UP MY ART METHOD THANK YOU SO MUUUUUUUUCH I CANNOT KNOW HOW TO EXPLAIN IT!!! NOW I CAN FINALLY GO WORK ON SIDE BODIES NOT WORRYING ABOUT THE HAID!!!! THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH!
I've always had difficulty drawing side profiles, when I was a kid I only knew how to draw cartoon cats, dogs and ponies, I never tried drawing humans, but now I'm trying my best to improve on that, and I think I am! My problem is always side profile... but I guess your tutorial may actually help me! I tried a few but they didn't worked out, they weren't really my style, keep up the good work buddy! Wish you nothing but the best! :)
Thanks! I hope it's the style you're looking for. You can use this construction over your favorite artists to see how they stylize their faces and then come up with your own unique way. Good luck disciple!
@@megamaster0 I'm not too sure what you meant, but I like to draw traditionally more than any other form of art. If you meant my style, you could call it a anime style, but I experiment sometimes.
@@horith I just meant what kind of styles and mediums you are interested in. Also, if there was a type of work and genre you gravitate towards. Such as comics, concept art, portraits, etc... Even though I do a lot of digital stuff now I love traditional art! There's a feeling that traditional has that digital will never be able to match. I am constantly experimenting with styles and mediums. It's a lot of fun to explore!
This is great! I’ve always had trouble with profile drawings but this has definitely made my life easier, thanks! Would you consider making a tutorial regarding lips? That has always been my biggest struggle lol. You’ve definitely won a new subscriber ;)
@@megamaster0 If it's not trouble, I may take you up on that! I usually check things out from the library, but obvious reasons that's not viable right now XD XD Also thank you so much for the offer!
Thank you so much for this video! I've been trying to practice drawing side profiles but it still looks kind of wrong no matter how I tried to fix it. This had made is so much simpler and easy to understand! Also, it's my first time drawing an ear accurately:>

Absolutely! I actually have this video recorded but I haven't had time to edit it. Expect this tutorial to be the next video!
I have been meaning to get a hold of some of Loomis' books. I'll have to put them on the list ^_^
I think I have links to the pdfs somewhere if you want them! They get a little technical but there's so much good info
