Amaravti will be a dream forever. Since independence India hasn't built any city from scratch expect Chandigarh it has a support and vision of PM Nehru. While Amaravti's case is different. Idea of building a city in agricultural lands is totally absurd. Land doesn't have any road or sea connectivity everything has to be built from scratch roads sewer electricity for basic amenities state required crores of funds and packages from central govt as newly formed state govt doesn't have much revenue to manage governance and building capital

In fact, the prices when up marginally a few months ago due to Jaglaq’s stupidity and the imminent hope that he is going to lose the election. And the fact now is, no farmer wants to sell. We are willing to wait for progress and contribute to the development by investing into our own lands that are returned by the government to us. We are enterprising enough to work together and progress.
Also, it was never 3 cr in 2019. It was about 1.5 cr per acre in prime zones close to government constructions. This sort of misinformation is aimed at creating jealousy and negativity in society. This is the same gameplay that YCP followed building up to 2019 elections.
