Just pointing out, The bounty is not a strength indicator, it's notoriaty, meaning that there can be a case where someone has a much higher bounty than someone stronger than them for being more wanted by the marins
Thanks for letting me know, Ryu! As interesting as bounties are, they’re still kind of new to me, so I don’t take them into consideration when thinking about how strong a character is. At least not now, when I know very little about bounties. I wonder if the situation you mentioned ever happened, though. I need to be cautious!

Unless you know the proper names for Mr. 9 or Mr. 5, I would like to know any details that aren't in the episodes, or maybe some extra bounties for those two. Not spoiling forward, but I’d be happy to know what I missed in the previous arcs. 👌 So, how would you summarize the East Blue saga, and how would you rank it considering how great the next arcs are? That would really boost my hype to watch more!!

People cant judge power level by bounty, bounty also depends on wealth,land, pirate crew strength and more
To be honest, I would be very disappointed if bounties determined strength.
