A beautiful timepiece. The detailing is very nice. Even the rivets on the watchface bezel have the Alpina triangle.

I own a vintage 40's Alpina with "KM" markings. (Kriegsmarine). A very cool look.
The bracelet version is pretty stunning. Killer dial.

This is a really cool release and I'm glad they finally released a bracelet version. I definitely would consider it as an option. I can definitely see some Alpina and other original elements in there. This definitely doesn't feel like an homage design.
Had an opportunity to try one on at a watch shop recently when purchasing a Seiko. Felt so good on the wrist, I hope to be able to add this to my collection one day
I think the Alpina auto is so underrated. The Sellita movement is fantastic in my humble opinion. Cheers 🍻

@@kingofuseddurablecars.ls6040 Yes Alpina uses Sellita Swiss movements on their automatic watches. Many higher tear watches use the movement or ETA ⌚
@@kingofuseddurablecars.ls6040 Yes Alpina uses a Swiss movement . I have a Alpina Seastrong 300 that uses a Sellita SW 200-2 automatic movement that many Mid to Higher tear watches use. It keeps perfect time. ⌚

I love that watch but honestly it's probably going to look like a 44 mm watch on my 6 and 3/4-in wrist. Too bad because I would definitely be a buyer if it was a couple of millimeters smaller

At $1695, it's a quarter of the price of an IWC with similar specs. It's a bargain for an underrated brand.
