It's something I've always been good at, but my advice is put the controller down, hold it steady with one hand and use your index finger pointed down on the button. Makes it easier to be fast

I completed this boss the hour I made the comment. I was watching videos on methods and found a good way. I tense up my arm and press my thumb and index to make it extra tense and shake to press the button a lot faster. But thanks anyway.
