Interesting that the inside of the Chateau wasn't shown that's not good. You can plainly see it was a stunner in its heyday with some money and caring restoration to the building and the addition of a formal Garden it can be bursting with life once again.

It's a unique castle in the loire valley in France reagrded of a little Chambord
The building looks neglected. There are no interior pictures. The grounds are in very bad condition.
It can be restored to become a Real Trophy Property Castle .

The exterior looked a little bit shabby like it needs painting or cleaning so if they didn’t show the interior even though they said that it’s nice God only knows but I wouldn’t go look at it that’s for sure.

Il a vraiment de faux aires de Chambord miniature avec son magnifique donjon rond. 2.6 millions à l'achat, pour le restaurer il en faudra autant je présume? Est t'il toujours sur le marché? Question mon chèr, le château est t'il classé MH? Bonjour les contraintes pour le retoucher! Puis, lorsque vous parlez de rois et reines de France, date t'il de l'époque de François I comme Chambord? Vous n'iriais pas jusqu'à nous dévoiler son nom? Ahh le rêve! Le retaper ne me ferais nullement peur! Ce vendredi il y a 130 millions d'euros sur le prochain tirage de l'Euromillions...alors Peut être à lundi! Marché conclus!

Toutefois de temps à autre je joue la Mega Sena d'ici pouvant payer jusqu'à 65 millions € (240 millions R$). Hier il y avait 140 millions R$ = 35 millions €. What a STUNNINGLY BEATUIFUL Chateau. It absolutely should've been filmed around mid-day though to provide the best light on the entire building, not just one side. The fact that there is no footage or photos of the inside says everything unfortunately. It is very most likely a nightmare no matter what the company selling it posts here.

j'ai grandi dans ce château, ça me rend triste de savoir qu'il est abandonnée, c'était un foyer pour des jeunes placés par la DDASS, et suite aux mise aux normes et aux dépense importantes, ils ont décidé de le vendre, il mérite de retrouver de la vie, et pas disparaitre. de la verdure, de la tranquillité, des choses indispensable en 2021.
Very lovely! However there are no interior views. The taxes , heat, electricity, roofing, and updating must be quite high.

Bonjour ce château se trouve à Nouzilly environ 35 km de ville de TOUR , le nom du château est L’ ORFRASIERE , j’ai vécu pendant 3 ans étant petit. Les chambres et les pièces sont très grande ,car nous étions plus de 80 enfants à loger ,40 éducateur sans compter les prof qui venaient faire la classe .Ce château est sur 17 hectares de terrain avec un terrain de tennis ,terrain de football,un potager, un gymnase , il manquait qu’une piscine à notre époque et sa aurait été au top pour nous . La personne qui veut investir dans ce domaine fera un très bon choix .

Luis Gross, I hate that people are doing that to historical properties. The changes that would be necessary to turn a building such as this into apartments would destroy its historic value and beauty. At best, someone could turn it into a bed a breakfast- if they had the interest and ability to run it. That still I think, could potentially require more regulations and possibly again reduce it’s historic value. Otherwise, If someone thinks multiple families should live in it because of its size, they can just invite extended family and or trustworthy friends to reside with them. If people with the ability to purchase mansions took care of their less fortunate family and close friends like this, there would certainly be more joy in the world-as well, it would be better for the economy. It’s untrue that no one would purchase something of this size. It’s one of my dreams to have a mansion with numerous acres.
