It's all about practice. He's been doing in it for quite sometime. Once you keep doing it over and over, the nervousness will go. :)

One year of activity watching Casey's vlogs. Thanks for the huge inspiration you brought to me!
Casey is like a post-modern Mr Rogers, taking us places, showing us neat things, letting us say goodbye with him to the people he meets. He even let's us open his mail with him, and we get to see the people he knows in his neighborhood on a regular basis.

I've driven go-karts very similar to the ones in the vlog, but on a much bigger track in California, with far longer straightaways. They are amazing, as they accelerate very quickly and turn on a dime. BTW, that hotel room Casey was in was AMAZING. I don't know the name of the hotel, but I'd love to stay there.
