Hi... I like that you did Old Navy. I have a love/hate relationship with them!!! I was so excited when they started carrying plus sizes in store, but that only last about 6 months. Now they do have some items in XXL or 2x in the store, but nothing higher. I hate being forced to buy only online. Some items,like their shorts and leggings I can do the XXL or 2x, but their every day graphic tees and some dresses I get a 3x. They also run out of plus sizes online... Those are the first to sell out. Obviously people are interested and buying those items, so why not stock more inventory??? Ugh makes me angry 😡.. well enough of me venting. Have a great day!
Interesting, given they made such a big deal about carrying plus size in store. I guess I didn’t notice because my preference is to order online, lol.

The black dress you wore with the heart neckline is also available in white and blue stripes. I bought it bcuz it fit me so well. Very flattering. The black wasn't in my size.
I am so excited to see you cover old Navy. They are my go to. They do restock but xxl and 2x tends to sell out. There were so many things this season I didn't know how to choose.

Hi Oralia, I just recently found you. I thought what the heck I'll see what you can do for me clothing wise so I subscribed. So so happy I did, i really like your dedication and work presenting all the new apparel. I too am one who is most comfortable in 3/4 length sleeves for summer. I'm delighted other women r self conscious of arms and you r trying to please perhaps the minority. I've spent the last 2 months trying to find a 3/4 length floral midi dress for a June wedding. Its exhausting!!! However now I have an ally in my corner with these searches. Thx😊
The workmanship on Old Navy items is almost always well done. Linen is my "thang" for summer lol Thank you for showing us the long skirts. I am also 5 ft and having your input is invaluable! If it is not a petite size (length), I would usually just glance at it wistfully and skip over it cuz I figure it is too long. You show me the ones that will work for me.

Excited for the linen pants. I ordered from your community post in an XXL and a 2X bc some said it ran large. Love how it skimmed over your tummy. Hope they fit me the same. May go back for the striped sweater.

It’s just noticeable in certain light. I love the skirt and will wear it all the time over the summer without a slip. I also bought a gorgeous poppy colored sun dress-linen blend with beautiful eyelet detail. I’m in love with this dress. Old Navy has some gorgeous pieces this time.

This is what I do when faced with dresses that are too long. I take some of the dress and tie a knot 🪢 on the side or front👌🏾

Yeah, the linen was substantial enough, I think.
I think the vest really actually looked very good on you. It needs to be adjusted under the arms to account for thatlooseness.. If you have a seamstress, she can take care of that in just a few minutes. If you can’t get a smaller size, think about taking it to your tailor. It looks good enough with the skirt, I would keep it.
I thought about having a tailor adjust it, but not sure about the cost given the vest is fully lined. I may look at the Gap, their linen vests are not lined with polyester, or at least not the one I bought last year in white.

I’m trying to hatch a plan to visit my daughter who lives on Vancouver Island and to take the ferry over to Washington. I’m not stylish but I would like a light informal summer dress that would be good for a wedding as well as vacation wear. And a couple of pairs of shoes. And a couple of light summer pants. Sighhh
That denim dress just arrived yesterday. I haven't tried it on yet, but am super excited to see it on me now! Oralia, I need shapewear that focuses on my muffin top to wear with a light blue formal gown. So many focus the compression on the lower tummy (which is great, but I need the upper control too!) Have you come across any that you could recommend? Thanks!

Honeylove does a waist cincher. I’ve not tried it but given everything else is really comfortable, I’d say it’s worth a try.
I am way too hot in rayon in the Florida heat. Rayon does wrinkle.
I’ve not seen any of these styles in Canada. I’m the same height as you but 2sizes bigger. Not sure these straight skirts and very short tops would suit me, got any tips for a pear shape in this rested. Thank you

Unfortunatey they don’t sell Old Navy in Uk sadly. Do they ship overseas do you know offhand. The merchandise from there is gorgeous. I prefer dresses with sleeves as I feel conscience of my arms, but the dress looks good on you. Do they not make petite fittings there at all? I am 5ft 3;in some makes take a smaller size. The skirt is lovely on but I do t think I could wear stripes going around as iwould feel like a sailor lol. Gorgeous haul and thanks for this vlog

Hi. Just came across you. I am an 72 yr. Old white woman who has breathed fashion from an early age. I have owned a plus size woman's store. How Blessed is that? I guess I would love to hear from you. I no longer have any interest in anything. But you poked a nerve. I have excellent taste. I am a plus size...14-26W. I feel fabrics, address prints....I am drawn to Vera Wang prints...100% cotton..You remind me of a younger me.
You I love, your fantastic but Old Navy? Idk I'm just not impressed. Every now and then, they have a fun dress or blouse, but that's about it. I feel better in Lane Bryant. I know they can be expensive and are not as popular, but the quality of the clothes is excellent compared to these other popular fast fashion brands. The Fit is way better, too, especially for bigger breasts.
For me, Old Navy has produced those Summer standby’s that I keep in my closet for years. They’re part of the Gap family of stores and I have to say, across their brands, the quality has improved significantly in the last couple of years.
@@Oralia_Martinez I am a big fan of Gap and Banana Republic but Old Navy cuts just don't seem to work for me. I know plenty of women who swear by them so I get I'm the odd woman out lol.
