There is a possibility that EVERYTHING is taken but thats quite rare. Try switching between AMD procesors and Ampere (Arm) ones. The Ampere offer more resources, so they're usually taken first.

you will need paid openvpn, since free version allows only 2 accounts, then you have egress limit which is 10tb per month

Essentially it was trying to install the openvpn image onto a path that didn’t exist

The password isnt passwd, its just the command to set the password. So, you would need to type what you've entered after passwd

You can get a non ARM procesor on oracle as well. I just use it because it gives the most resources
