I have the M3500 and have always had cycling issues. I did buy a few years ago the Benelli extractor and spring but couldn't get the factory one out after bending two punches so gave up on it and started reloading my shotshells pretty warm. That was my trick to get the gun to run dove loads. 1-1/4 #8 at 1425fps is cooking.
way to go stud! But hey, I give a tip on that extractor removal in this video you can absolutely do it! I was about to bend my punch till I figured it out;)
Just wanted to thank you, between the recoil spring and the extractor, the gun FINALLY works flawlessly.... i appreciate your time and effort to let us know these details
I had problems with my M3000 Tacticool. I replaced the extractor claw and ALL of the springs in the bolt with Benelli M2 parts. (Inertia spring too!) Now it runs like a Singer sewing machine. (Minimum 3 Dram 1 oz). The Tinnitus Show has a good video bout this weapons system. Hope this helps!!
That Briley handguard is a nice upgrade but $350? I don’t think so. The extra weight on the gun should actually help an inertia driven gun. The light weight gun having more recoil would not provide as much resistance creating a condition like limp wristing in a handgun. Just a thought. My M3000 has the light MOE spring and I have shot a lot of rounds of all types of ammo and have yet to experience a single problem. I will say however that some extractions are a little weak. The Benelli extractor will probably be a change sometime soon.
I've had the briley handguard for my m3000 for about a year now, and it has become ever so slightly loose. It is loose by the handguard end touching the gun(with the 3 screws) with about 1-3 millimeters of play. This is making for a unstable shifting handguard when holding normally. Have you had a similar issue or potential know of any fixes?
I did both mods (spring and extractor kit) on my brand new m3k and was still experience issues. Maybe just needs to still be broken in? Zero luck at a low power but mid power I was able to get 2 shots before extraction issues.
grief, that sucks my dude...shoot a few boxes of the heavier stuff, the hammer spring is another place where the gun can get sloppy because of the enertia required to reset hammer - also be sure to oil up your gun real good
So I’m using a p3000 and loved it hunted with it for years no problems thinking bout gettin the m3000 or 3500 and so if I change the spring and ejector pin I should be fine and I’m not gonna be adding any extra weight to it
bro you should be fine with those parts AND I'd even give it a whirl stock since you're looking to use hunting shells which typically have more uumph than weakling target and clay loads:)
I've been running my M3500 Waterfowl edition for over 600 rds with zero issues. I have run everything from Winchester White Box and Rio Buck Shot to Federal Controlled Flight Buckshot and Breneke Bear Slugs. I run my tube bone dry and clean the gun after every 100 rds. Zero issues!
@@TacticalFellowship From what I'm seeing you haven't run it in it's designed configuration. All of that weight and junk you added to the 3000 is not what it was intended to do. Get an M3500 Snow Goose and work from there. That model was designed for the added features you've put on yours.
Please man, mine has such a bad problem with the bolt sticking back and not driving forward, the cycling, the everything, I've only had like 3 or 4 times when I'm just letting it go back and forward and not holding on to it hard, I can't even hold it right, I've had it so bad man, I hate it almost and I don't want to when I see everyone doing good things with it, please man help, I also listened to a guy saying pour boiling water over the parts to remove the grease, and I think it messed it up trusting him with not having it heat off the parts, do you get it deep cleaned at a gun shop, get all the parts you have, and will they work, I hate all this that like your friend, I can't get it to cycle, i take off the barrel, and its smooth as can be with the racking, on with the barrel and its dragging so much it feels like im gonna need to give out yet another shotgun for a more expensive one, what do you suggest, keep and buy more parts, or get another better shotgun
First thought is be sure to oil this bad boy up, especially since you cleaned everything off so good. This gun needs and loves oil. Shop page has what I use: www.tacticalfellowship.com/ the magazine tube needs to be slick, the action bars, bolt, I give it all some oil love. Slick that thing up, don't buy any parts yet and don't give up;)
I only shoot 00, 000, and slugs. The gun wasn’t specifically designed to shoot low power or weak rounds. This is the main problem I see a lot people having with this shotgun. I just don’t see it as a problem since it was not designed for that. Great video however. I have pumps if I want to run anything. Even the Benelli M4 will have issues with weak low power rounds.
pumps do run everything my man;) the only thing I'd add though is that the M3k version is billed as a 3gun variant which really should be dialed in for those low power shells:)
Bean counters ruin every affordable item by rendering otherwise functional designs inoperable through cheap, crappy parts and skipped assembly and QC operations. This is true throughout the entire spectrum of consumer goods. One day in the not too distant future people of modest means will find themselves intentionally priced out of the economy.
1301’s are literally almost 4x more expensive, while 1301’s are super dope I suspect this is the main reason so many of us cross our fingers and hope for the best with Stoegers :)
So I have buy new parts to make a new gun run normal ammo? No, only super heavy loads? Flood with oil? Side saddles and an optic makes gun to heavy? How much is stoger paying you to convince people this isn't a horrible piece of crap?
What did you expect for 600 dollar semi auto. God your generation is so entitled. Expects everything to be perfectly handed to them. Prissy little pansies
You can fix all these crap Turkinellis by not buying them in the first place. They're all junk and all fail sooner than they should. I'll just stick with my M3 and not have to worry about fixing someone else's garbage products

bro, glad to hear, my pleasure:)
It’s 2024…. Turn down that background music
My M3K had trouble extracting Browning birdshot when the clock was running (competition) so put in an M2 extractor & spring which cleared that up.
Glad to hear the fix worked!
Very great video, I changed the extractor too, and it works much better but the MOA spring isn´t available in Germany :-( is not possible to buy.
I came for the stoeger and left because of the faux hawk.
I swear, it's making a comeback!
After removing the mechanism chain pin of your M3000 rifle, can you reattach it as tightly as possible? Does it swing in its bed?
I have to wonder if a choke/brake wouldn't help? Besides then it may almost be the same barrel/tube length.
I say no to the brake, the brake would syphon more power off inertia recoil making end user even more sad...
I don't have a inertia shotgun thinking I probably don't quite understand what inertia it's using.

love it stud, thanks for sharing, I'm doing 1 1/4 dram with all the crap I have on it;)
I think at this point is better to buy a new OG M2
7 yrs ago i changed to a benneli extractor on my m2000 works perfect
that Benelli extractor is key, so key.
I've never seen you before in my life, but it was love at first sight for me. I love what you've done with that shotgun. It's gorgeous.
thanks dude! It's a lefit cool build:)
My m3500 ran everything right out of the box. Always wanted a tac m3000. Good to know if I ever end up getting one.
glad to help, if you start adding weight to your gun revisit this video;)

literally JUST released the build video this morning! I talk colors and everything here: th-cam.com/video/rEqWjQlrKiw/w-d-xo.html
What body kit is that? Is it stock or upgraded? In my country only black basic models are available
ALL the build details here my good stud! th-cam.com/video/rEqWjQlrKiw/w-d-xo.html

perfection, I expect perfection 😂
Can you provide the link? For the MK3 upgrades
I wish I could, YT hates anything with a direct link, gets me and the channel in trouble otherwise I would homie:)
Super helpful! 🙏💯

Will the benelli extractor and spring work on the m2000
These guns have great similarity, my guess is yes but goggle it before you buy!

MOA Precision just got a new shipment in. TODAY 12/5/24. I just ordered mine...was 33 in stock when I ordered at 11:30am CST.

Never had any issues shooting hunting loads or low brass low power target loads , worked flawlessly at the club all year

why you shooting bird loads?
sometimes it's just whatever I can get my hands on...
Im gonna keep it real, if youre doing this much to it, just get a 1301.

New parts only if you make it super heavy like mine. Any inertia driven recoil system starts to fail the more lbs you put on the gun
