Happy New Year!! I went back and your box makin videos, I am have been working on that skill but having the hardest time with thin stock 1/4 and getting the 45s to line up. any tips i did order a new incra miter guage so maybe that will help lol
The sled I built makes a big difference since I can lock it down and use the stop to make sure the parts are the exact same length. Also make sure your parts are flat and under cut the angle ever so slightly by cutting just over 45°. That way any gap will be on the inside and the outside will be perfect. And of course, practice, practice, practice!
