That's awesome Mike...getting the bikes a new home! I grew up with a second hand bicycle that was second hand! My late father painted it red, and I put Richard Petty stickers all over it! Heck...I rode it everywhere!
I moved to Spring back in 96 and the first weekend I walked around the neighborhood and found over 20 bicycles sitting on the curb for recycling! I took them all home and fixed them up! Soon I had All the neighborhood kids coming by for bike repairs! They showed me a bmx track that they made next to the golf course! I had a blast that yr!
One thing I love about you Mike is where there is the will you get it done. Nothing stops you from getting what you want, heavy, awkward or anything different. I wish I had your energy. I'm 72. Lol
Amazing the stuff you save from our landfills. Would love to have you as our neighbor. You are a hardworking special man with a big heart and adorable puppies! 😘🙏🏻❤️

'That was a good haul, lots of weight for the scrapyard. That shelf was very nice too. I am glad that you save the bikes , where I am, there are places that take bikes and refurbish them for children at Christmas time.
I knew you gave the bikes that were still good to different people that you know/find. That's why I was glad to see you find so many. Totally awesome to see Betty White stuffed full of good scrap.. Have an awesome weekend and stay cool out there..
Excellent video sir it seems that whenever you do both dumpster and street you fill Betty up thank you for sharing this very enjoyable video with us six stars brother
The kid that lives next to me would be jealous of that bike pile you found. He always wants to keep the bikes I find for scrap even if they are too big, for a girl, or too broken. He's currently got 3 I gave him so he'll probably want to trade one of those for a better color when I get the next one in decent shape.
Mike!!!!!! I don’t know why I love watching you, I just know that I do❤️ Had to go to court this AM and was hoping you had posted to cheer me up …. And yep, SCRAPTASTIC‼️❤️
There's a place in Columbus Ga that fixes bike's and gives them out at Christmas for kids that don't have one. One yr someone broke into his shop and stole all of the bikes he had ready for Christmas. The community got together and donated more bikes than he had all new bikes at that.
I love your content sometimes I get frustrated watching you because I can see more than you do and I get it but keep up the good work man keep recycling. This war would be a better place. If there was more people like you in it.
Definitely a good day curbside treasure hunting. Those bikes were a good find. Paul from scrap and pallet man has a "bike couple" who get all of the bikes he finds that are in good condition.

Hey Mike. Those cargo straps are very expensive. I know you could get $15 each every day. Truckers need them in a lot of trailers. They clip into the wall on each side in a track. Stop at a truck stop store and price them. Save a bunch and sell em all. Have a Great scrapity scrap day
If they needed them and they weren't plenty more to replace them, then the truck drivers wouldn't throw them away to begin with.. just an observation company money so what do they care
Mike, you finally found your spaceship parts,a little smashed but usable! 👽🤖🚀🛸❤❤❤ Nice bikes, so glad you found homes for them! 🚲 🚲 🚲 Scrappity scrap! PEACE,
Hey Mike, when you are re-using a cardboard box you should fold the top flaps into the box. I makes the box much stronger and you don't have the flaps getting in your way when you trying to sort ish into the box.

I didn't even make it out the yard before all these bikes got snapped up by other guys.
Wonderful ❤
Awesome!

As 67 year old man i find it incredible watching the stuff people throw away. Any of those bikes would be God sent to me at 7-12.

I watch Scrap and Paller man and has couple that does that in his area , So he picks up a bike in good shape he drops them off at their house ,

Filing cabinets like that make excellent smokers. Build the fire in the bottom. Cut the bottoms out of the drawers and add mesh.
Answered my question at the very end. Wtg Mike. You are a man of honor. Bless you and your family
