this was one of the wildest reveals for me when reading the manga and I loved how they directed it here, pure sultry justice was delivered!

This is the final chapter of ONE PIECE
It hasn't necessarily been confirmed or denied if Yamato and Kaidou are awakened Zoans or not. That said, they both do have a similar cloud/flame wraps around themselves in at least one of their forms similarly to Luffy, Lucci, and Kaku. So it's a pretty safe bet to assume that the two of them are also among that group.
If Kaido's fruit isn't awakened then his strongest form, with the swirls and cloud scarf, has no explanation.
Let's just assume the Impel Down jailors were the odd one out, yeah?
theres a theory that kaido cant awaken his fruit because the azure dragon (his fruit) is known to be a protector of lands I think?? something along those lines

When a zoan awakens it can rob the user of his personallity.
The one in impel down were robbed of it so this probably that only the one that didnt lost their personallity get the flame cloud.
Yeah by Yamato and Kaido is not confirmed(and there is a biger chance that none of them have awakening cause not everybody is able to do that) BUT the reason why they have cloud/flame wraps in both their forms its cause they are MYTHICAL Zoans and this exlpains why Luffy had that already in Gear 4 not just in Gear 5 wich is his awakening. Lucci and Kaku are different cause they have those cloud wraps ONLY in Awakening form cause they are NOT Mythical zoans.

The craaziest detail about the clouds awakened zoans have is that we've seen Luffy with very clear, see through clouds whenever he uses gear 4. It's like they were tiny signs that Luffy was getting close to awaken his devil fruit but also that he was a zoan all along.

- Stussy was being very sussy with her revealing that she is in fact the 1st ever clone that the MADS made from Miss Buckingham Stussy that being Edward Weevil’s mom (introduced as Miss Bukkin), & there were a few hints to this like in her Vivre Card data it is stated that her age was said to be “SECRET”, she out the CP0 agents knew Egghead quite well as they arrived, & if you noticed during the start of the Tea Party she was sitting with Du Feld which from the flashback of the last episode revealed that he was funding MADS (speaking of the Tea Party Stussy drank that juice from a giraffe)
- In the flashback Vegapunk mentions that a doctor from the West Blue did an experiment figuring out that the soul weighs 21 grams is actually a real life experiment called the “21 Grams Experiment” by Duncan MacDougall where he would weigh dying people noticing that they have gotten 21 grams lighter after passing, & as for the part of a doctor from the West Blue maybe referring to Dr. Hogback & here is something interesting remember Brook ate his Soul-Soul Fruit while he was still in the West Blue where Brook, Dr. Hogback, & Kuma were born in
