it was a nut on the trasmition system that was a little bigger than it should have been and less tight. Skoda has released a special announcement for this. The car is a skoda Karoq 1.5 TSI model 2019. The noise disappears when i was pressing thew clutch . They changed it and since then I haven't had a problem (so far). I forced them to change my entire trasmition system (the car was 2 months old) but they didn't do it for any reason .... they say its ok now and you will not have any problem ...
I have a 2021 1.5tsi Karoq with exactly the same noise, have had the noise for some time and it is gradually getting worse. The noise is intermittent, and stops when the clutch is depressed. Do you know which nut on the transmission system was changed? My car is out of warranty, so looking for a cheap fix! Thanks in advance.

David SkODA has released relevant instructions for this. Ask for them to have a reliable answer
