Being from the Canadian Maritimes, born and raised, I'm going to say Canadians DO pay for healthcare with their time and frustration. There are no doctors here like, at all. My friend has had a severe chest infection for over a month now and still hasn't been able to see a doctor because there just aren't any to see if you aren't already dying.
