Mate, your paint job on this figure is incredible. Mcfarlane figures are so good with sculpts, but they just need that more detailed paint job to real make the figures hit their mac potential. Well done on this, man. You should be proud of this.
For the rest of the squad, why don’t you customize each member’s head to be an avatar of each table top time member. Kind of like the Jazz’s Space Marine you did. Have all of your faces on them, even customize sisters of battle for the female members of the team. But still make Rob a necron....

The absolute Holy Globules on this man to be on the battlefield with just a chainsword, no holstered bolter or nothin’. I think it’d be really neat to use the D20 chain like the (iirc) Black Templar’s weapon chains that they wrap around their weapons and arms

How about an Alien inspired Tyranid team of Genestealers.. I am currently "trying" to convert one the same Space Marines into a DA Chaplain. Plasma gun, power maze, and a backpack with a giant sword going through it. I really enjoy your sane/insane vidioes ;-). If we did not try enything new, we would still be drinking milk...

Need giant Orks or Nids! They would be amazing at that scale for epic gaming and diorama etc!! Need lights and blood on the models though to go true grim dark! Could even use some UV epoxy for the blood depending on which Xenos you pick you could have like UV green for Orks or UV Orange for Nids, have it dripping from the chainsword!
Bowl of warm water lets you completely separate the marine into about 18 parts,then a hairdryer on low heat to put it back together 👍,I convert the unpainted McFarlane marines and found that works well and giving them a good wash to get the excess resin oil off before you paint.
OK this is cool. I have zero interest in tabletop games but really like the custom action figure paint jobs. Especially if you do the stop motion with these. Can't wait to see.
Such a great conversion hope you will do more in the future, I really like wh40k lore and seeing models being painted and converted into different designs. Keep up the good work 🎨

For the battle report you guys should consider using the old inquisitor rules or kill team rules, since they're much better suited to such small (hehe) armies :)

What would be the "10 commandments" for Hobby Heresy? Though shalt not have a pile of shame larger than a newborn. Though shalt not attend a tournament without at least priming thine minis.
It almost begs for Tyrinids, those would be fairly easy I imagine to scale up if need be, plus its a nice alternative, not humanoid so goes with the alien world vibe you had going. plus giant sized Tyrinids prolly has a host of room for details like goo, glossy alien(s) carapaces using maybe color shift paints.
You should totally have a scene in the battle report where one of the giant space marines jumps off the base plate and rushes the enemy out of turn after getting worked up.
That's not how you apply streaking grime. You might as well have just airbrushed thinned brown acrylic paint if you were just spraying a light mist of streaking grime. You need to build it up with the airbrush until it's a pretty solid coat, then selectively remove it with sponge moistened with turpentine substitute.
I'd totally be the kind of guy who would write out a recipe for a cake in Latin on the book on the marine's shoulder just to see if anyone would figure it out.
i know jazza had a deep background with animation but man stop motion battle report is going to be one hell of a project one hell of a spectacle too if they pulled it off

Hollow out that back pack put a watch battery with an led. Drill out the candle wicks and use fiber optics to light the wicks from the led. Boom!

If you want to make the enemies also posable you could use Gundam model kits to make Tau

Put highlights over you chipped paint effect. It makes it look much better and more 3D.
I know one thing you should custom, but it's going to be on a long waiting list, Dragon into a Zombie Undead Dragon that has risen from it's grave
