I disagree. With the difficulty, the look of the majority of both the characters and the machines are the only drawbacks of the game. Actually, some are in bad taste. I don't find that the developpers were very inspired. Or maybe too much ^^. Sadly.
This is why F-Zero is one of my favorite racing franchises, they aren’t just randos who entered. They each have their own unique backstories, Dr Stewart’s background of a doctor who even helped his racing rivals during the horrific grand finale made him my favorite pilot (aside from Falcon of course)

tbh f-zero gx was a perfect racing game. its also the hardest game iv ever played cus i never could unlock all characters. (never managed to unlock phoenix and digiboy i think) but yeah, it was SERIOUSLY HARD on master difficulty and the story missions on hardest setting. and the feeling it brought racing-it was so adrenaline filled. its the only game where going fast really ment-you are going CRAZY fast. they peaked with f-zero gx. many game studios have tried to remake the intenisty and adrenaline filled gameplay of f-zero from wipeout to redoubt. none have come close to that of f-zero gx. and i also kinda understand miyamoto for having troubles to make new installments to the franchise cus in his vision, the games under the nintendo banner need to add something new to the table now-innovation wise. and with f-zero, and a racing game for that matter, its hard to do that.

@@icyavali8818 I did a bit of research and if I what I read is true, F Zero GX is getting remastered for the Switch and will be released sometime next year. Maybe there's hope we'll get a new F Zero game in the next few years or sooner if we're lucky.
Game seem to have more of an western influence with all the buff mans and womans with outfit out of western comics books but also lore wise, it seem more better to not enter Fzero as an kid since its intense race to the death (even tho rival revive without reasons next race if you kill them/destroy their car)

Thirdly have a massive mixture of music from both the original games and new...maybe allow a system to download your own music too. fourth: have all the fcourses from all the games.
No, James McCloud is Fox McCloud's father. If I'm remembering correctly, I believe the F Zero games take place in an alternate universe or something, making James McCloud a human rather than a fox.

Mr EAD is not male...its is a robot so technically it has no gender. their 3D costume art is so bad compared to the comic art of F-Zero X...anyone who played F-Zero X knows that these characters looked way more legendary on N64 with the comic art photos.
