Keys language, and, the way he is able to use his words independently to communicate by himself is really something. The way he said "this is my wave" was incredible!! He is one extremely clever (and hilarious) boy!!
Depends on the dog's personality but it is mostly seen in Huskies, so I would personally say yes. I can't speak with experience, however, my own husky is more of the "quiet type" until he sees either my mom or I come home.
