When Catherine said that the putties still sound the same. That is a mistake. She never faced the putties. When she debuted the foot soldiers were the Tengu Warriors and in zeo she faced the cogs and in turbo she face the piranatrons.
the only way we´d see JJ take on the legacy in live action would be if the fans funded everything to make the special including costumes and stuff because Hasbro just sold off all the suits and props

In the mega sword scene, the blue and red rangers are in the wrong seat. The red ranger is supposed to be up front as the red ranger was the leader
That is true, but Billy was the one who summoned the Megazord, so it's reasonable that they put him in the front on purpose.
