My favorite thing is that in all of these stories cornette calls home to his wife and says “I won’t be home tonight” and then just heads to Ruby Tuesday’s for a nice peaceful meal as he is a fugitive from the law.

If you listen to jims epic burial of tim horner he goes into more detail and that is what JC says, "rick ruben has produced (then he goes down the list)" then he asks jc "why is tim horner singing on my station? Its more funny when jc says it.

he turned himself in and with a lawyer and once he paid for damages so he didnt have to be in jail.
He said right in the video he was held in jail shortly because of this (around 17:41 he talks about what he did after he got out of jail due to this incident.) He's just not been in full blown prison.
