If Saquon Barkley is available when the Niners pick, he's the guy. If not, then they should trade down and grab Malik Jefferson to replace Ray Ray Armstrong. Go sign Andrew Norwell to play left guard and have a healthy Joshua Garnett at right guard. With those two alone, the o-line is better. Grab Auden Tate somewhere in the 3rd round.

Kyle has done good with mid-round backs and I think he could do well with Joe Williams next year, but if Barkley is there at say #2, it would be hard to pass on him. He'll probably go first overall to the Browns leaving the 49ers holding an auction for the pick to a team that wants to move up for a QB.
