    안녕하세요 오늘은 초코 브라우니를 만들어봤습니다.
    저는 디저트류 중에 브라우니처럼 묵직하고 꾸덕한 식감을 좋아해요
    그중 요 초코브라우니를 가장 좋아하는데, 제가 그동안 많은 초코브라우니를 만들었지만
    오늘 이 레시피는 제가 만든것중 가장 촉촉하고 꾸덕한 브라우니가 아닐가 싶어요ㅎㅎ
    제가 생각한 브라우니 레시피를 찾느라 계속해서 만들었더니 온 집안에서 초코냄새가 진동했어요ㅎㅎ
    첫입은 굉장히 가볍게 사르르 씹히고 씹으면 씹을수록 묵직하고 꾸덕함이 느껴지는 맛이에요
    이번 레시피는 여러분들이 꼭 만들어 드셨으면 좋겠어요..꼭꼭...

      @@user-sk1px5lk3e 계란 크기딱히 상관 없는데 보통 60g 정도가 평균이닌까 재보시고 덜어내거나 더 넣거나 하시는거 추천해요. 저는60g 보다 더 넣었더니 계란빵맛 났어요. 커버춰로 했는데 없으면 다크초콜랫으로 하세요 그리고 간혹 아트박스에 커버춰 팔아용/ 오븐으로 했고 설탕양은 적정했는데 단거 싫어하면 좀 달수도..??

    브라우니를 먹어본적이 없어서 그런데요... 반죽느낌나면 망한건가요...? 그리고 칼로 자를때 칼에 묻어나오는데 이것도 덜익어서 그런걸까요? 서담님 레시피보다 2분 더 구웠는데ㅜㅜㅜㅜ

    만들고나서 그다음날 가져가서 줄꺼면 보관을 어떻게 해야될까요??
    그리고 365x335x50 사이즈로 브라우니 만들으려면 얼마나 더 키워야할까요…..?너무 큰사이즈에 하면 망할까요?ㅠ

      오븐들어가는 아무데나 하면 됩니다
      뭐 스텐이나 내열 유리 반찬통 밧뜨 다 가능
      다만 틀 바닥 넓이는 비슷해야 오븐타임도 비슷해요

    제가 이 레시피 그대로 브라우니를 만들었는데 영상에서처럼 묽은 반죽이 아니라 꾸덕꾸덕한 반죽이 돼서 틀에 담을 때도 주걱으로 퍼서 담게 됐어요 ㅠㅠ 왜 반죽이 꾸덕하게 나온 걸까요? 재료 양도 다 동일하게 했는데...
