What a disgrace to law enforcement. I hope you fight this stupid unnecessary charge. I am a medical patient in California and have been one since 2005, i was pulled over and while the cop was talking to me he said he smelled a heavy odor of cannabis. I then told him im a patient and my meds are secured in my trunk according to local laws. The cop then pulled me out of the car and said he now had probable cause to search my car. I said why do you need to search the whole car? I had already told him where my stash was. He tried to say i was trafficking narcotics etc etc. Long story short i won the case in court and got all my stuff back, they took 147 grams of cannabis and 16 grams of concentrate (hash) plus i had some smoking devices etc. Judge threw it out as illegal search and seizure. It was soo sweet going to the police station and getting my stuff back. When weighed i was short exactly 14 grams flower a half ounce and 6 grams of concentrates, so those cops must have had a party lol. The evidence slip showed all the proper weights as it was checked in, but when i weighed it at home, big time discrepancies. Fuck the police!!! Good luck buddy from another cannabis patient in the states.
Simply inform these incompitants that (A) you will meet them in court and (B) you will prosecute them personally as opposed to police Scotland, ask for their names and addresses ( addresses they won't give but will get the questioning of what they are doing is worth the risk involved . Make sure they are aware their offence is the illegal removal of a prescribed medicine

It does not say that you must carry any medical equipment with you at all times. It simply says you must keep your medicine in the original container. Having a vape or not, is irrelevant. Unless they catch you actively smoking a joint.
They do have guidance from the home office, i managed to find a copy and it states that if a police force doesn't have a policy they refer to the guidance set by the home office which states that any medical patient that is stopped has the medication in the original containers, a copy of there prescription and id. Thats all they need. I have had my prescription for 3 years and dodge as if it wasn't legal, even explained to my daughter not to worry if i get arrested when we are on a day out

Use mediocre. You have to have been prescribed at least to anti depressants in the past and that’s it. Costs £200 but I haven’t used them yet so I don’t know about their other charges (if there is any). I was with tmcc and for my first bit I got 20g and it cost about £350 for signing up and that. Medicare or something like that is what I recommend, I’m doing it again soon buddy. Hope this helps. 😉👌🏻

I can understand how you feel? Interestingly enough for to Fibromyalgia worked for 25 years with, IBS and noe full body arthritis. Cannabis saved me. I am actually on the verge of making an application to be prescribed Medical Cannabis for daily, chronic pain? I know it works. Amsterdam stuff blew me away & I felt NO PAIN for a WHOLE 6 DAYS!!! It's so easy for people to judge if they go not fully understand the huge benefits of using cannabis products. It's far better to feel functional in life, hard to keep me still, as oppose to be sat for hours daring not to move one millimetre, have to lean onto just anything when stood in a queue or have to lay down just to ease something?? I HATE sleeping through the day and RARELY I do it.. Where driving (33 years but sensible) feels much better than walking due to CHRONIC PAIN!! I wonder WHAT THEY WOULD CHOOSE? IF THEY WERE US??

Use mediocre. You have to have been prescribed at least to anti depressants in the past and that’s it. Costs £200 but I haven’t used them yet so I don’t know about their other charges (if there is any). I was with tmcc and for my first bit I got 20g and it cost about £350 for signing up and that. Medicare or something like that is what I recommend, I’m doing it again soon buddy. Hope this helps. 😉👌🏻
