A friend and I were fishing a small creek very similar to this in Lower Nazareth PA when I was a young boy. We were using worms and it was getting a bit past sundown. I hooked the biggest bull frog I had ever seen. Lol, you never know what's in there. Thank you John, enjoyed it as always.

I've got some of these in my box along with the Strike King Bitsy Minnow, EuroTackle Z-Viber, EuroTackle Z-Cranker, 13 Fishing Micro Magic Man, and Duo KuraKura which is a neat little dual single hook crank. I am a "tiny" lure addict and probably have far more than I should and it makes it complicated when I want to choose something to fish with. As always thank you for the videos and awesome trip!

Snap Beans are my go to lure for creek fishing rock bass.
I like the Rebel Craw for Rock Bass. Haven't tried the Snap Beans, although I've seen it at Wal-Mart for a while. Thinking I should buy one now... lol

About 20 years ago, I found the snap bean. We slayed crappie with them. My Walmarts don’t carry them. I’m going to have to order some of these. Thanks for the memories of this lure.

Small topwater frogs work real well in there. I really like the small lunker hunt frog for that creek.

Ultra light is so much fun. I have been smoking the competition at my neighborhood ponds with the same little snap bean, looks like the Tennessee Shad, while they toss massive baits.

Just a tip that might help you if you don't know about it or not. But when I'm re spooling my rods I grab my impact an run the line around it an comes off in a couple secs 😁 hope it helps I understand your not at home an not everyone just keeps a impact handy lol

Just keep inmind, once you go past the end of the greenway past homedepot, its all private property. Love fishing all the little spots between homedepot and Tinsley, lots of deep little pools

Those big shiners look like candy to good size bass. Ultra light fishing is really fun especially if you get on some rockbass or good size bluegill. 👊👍

I like those Snap Beans , I find creek Smallmouth Bass will fight over who gets to eat it
A lot of the time I add either white & Silver or Chartruse & chartruse flash to the hook
It makes the snap bean look longer , but adds almost no extra weight

snap beans a great lure been using them for years they used to sell them in a 2 pack 1/32 and 1/16
I have some of those from a few years back i got at a Fishing show. Never used them. One of the pair I got is smaller than a dime.
I never knew what a cusa bass was a thing until this video I always just caught rock bass in creeks. I never knew there was a thing as a cusa bass.
I've seen that lure. I need to buy it next time I see it.
That lure is also incredible for catching trout under super small bridges that flow cause it’s floats

Absolutely GREAT little crankbait. I actually lost mine tonight. A bass large enough to break my 4lb test ate it ☹️. I forgot to adjust my drag… I’m buying 3 next time!
A cordless drill and a stick will take that line off of that reel very quickly
Largest bass I’ve caught (7ibs) was on an ultralight setup when I was fishing for bluegill
