As a Saints Fan for the full 57 years, I love the Saints 2024 QB room. I hope we can keep both of these highly talented & low cost young QBs and make the most of their relative potentials. Even with pitiful offensive scheme -(0 plays with 2 RBs in the backfield all season!) Derek finished exceptionally well in the back third of season. Given the injuries other QBs would not have played through, Derek excelled once he regained his health with a high QBR and big wins down the stretch.

Carr was a rock solid typical pocket passer. After his injury he seemed to be more timid and lost, not knowing when to step up in the pocket, roll out and looked like he would just freeze and fall to the ground or fumble. I think Carr was screwed anyway cause our Raider franchise has been horrible! I believe Carr's career is pretty much over especially when you have younger qb's that have better pocket presence and can make plays with their legs. Would've liked to see Carr get a ring cause he deserved one but his time may be done.
Carr is the best option this year for sure. Haener and rattler are interchangeable for qb2 for me but with that said, rattler has better arm talent and a higher ceiling. He could be the long term qb in New Orleans.

Carr needs to be more than he's ever been this season...period! The final four games of last season notwithstanding, he was "MEH" most of the season and, more importantly he was a shit teammate. Carr was a rock solid typical pocket passer. After his injury he seemed to be more timid and lost, not knowing when to step up in the pocket, roll out and looked like he would just freeze and fall to the ground or fumble. I think Carr was screwed anyway cause our Raider franchise has been horrible! I believe Carr's career is pretty much over especially when you have younger qb's that have better pocket presence and can make plays with their legs. Would've liked to see Carr get a ring cause he deserved one but his time may be done.
