Hey, we have the thumbs down! Amazing that as soon as we load a video we get a thumbs down, there wasn't even enough time to see the whole video to form an opinion. if you don't like the vid tell us why!

I just did and I like (thump up) almost all of your videos so bear with me if I decide to give feedback this time.. you have been making very good videos recently and this is why I now have higher expectations, thank you for responding and will be awaiting your next video

+Fahad M Get it Fahad, as I said it was a launch event based on the lifestyle more than riding the bike itself. Thanks for the feedback!

+Bike World Guys, you should realize that this is TH-cam. The existence of the thumbs down button is reason enough for a select few to press it. It's one reason why nearly EVERY video on this website has at least one.

+Bike World Well there will always be haters, this time one of them was online and just aimed at the thumbs down. This was one of the best bike launch videos I have ever seen, great footage, nice "storyline" (bike+city+events) and the video has a calm, relaxed pace to it, really nice.

Hey Guys, Nice Video and very refreshing!!!...You should continue on similar themes and make sure bike reviews are more entertaining rather than the same old drag with few old men bringing forth their thoughts...Frankly!!! who cares what they have to say...in this day and age, everyone has access to lot of information. Good work guys...two thumbs up!!! and for Suzie standing tall in an all male bastion of motorcyles..way to go...Cheers!!!

I love the bike anyway and am looking to get one soon but as a female rider, seeing a review by a woman on the bike I want to get is so helpful - I can appreciate better how the size and proportions would be etc and it gives me greater confidence in getting the bike for myself. I think that in a world of excess power, excessive almost unusable speed, plus the shift to saving fuel/weight/emissions and sheer bulk the Sixty2 is a refreshing change.Love the retro look and being a Ducati means it will have quality components and a high build quality..ice been riding 43 years and would be happy to own such a machine for back road fun, gravel tracks and gentle off road fun with the odd long run thrown in for good measure.Bikes really shouldn't be pidgeon-holed by manufacturers or road testers, but left for everyone to make up their own minds, and therefore not alienate a whole demographic like myself, now happy to give up their monster bikes in favor of v

not sure 7500mile service intervals on a small displacement, beginner targeted bike are something to be proud of.....especially if the cost is the same as on the old monster 696/796 models, they were crazy pricey at those intervals.

I was not too crazy about this video because I was looking to see acceleration, braking, cornering, clutch feel and maneuverability. I guess I should have known better because this is at the launch of the bike. I could have got all this info from the site. I could do without the unrelated stuff like the bicycles and art projects. You didnt get to the bike until 02:49 . I do look forward to your next review of this bike in the real world, maybe a comparison to the KTM 390 duke. Thanks

  • @TheVigilantStewards

Hmmmmm, still scratching my head over why I would get this instead of a Monster when it's nearly as expensive. Even as a starter bike the Monster has urban mode. I'm in the US and we don't have the different license classes. These kind of seem a waste of money. I like vintage things probably more than modern, but the new Monsters look so good that either would be delightful. I'll definitely test ride it. I saw a forum person say if you don't know why you'd want a Scrambler then stick to Monster. I really enjoyed the video journalist though!

So you get a premium bike ok, but for the young riders out who desperately want a ducati and finally they get it, what about then the maintenance cost? the Ducati Scrambler have that annoying feature that when you get a certain mileage and service msg blinks on the dash. if you manage to do the service yourself you still have to bring the bike to a Ducati dealer so it can Reset it for you. same goes when the bike is due it's valve clearance check, what about that then? it cost's a lot of money to do it at a dealer, so the price of the bike compared to the 800 is really hard to justify.

Smaller engine and conventional forks but barely any cheaper than a standard Scrambler. A missed opportunity I would say but I'm sure they'll probably still sell like hotcakes.

  • @turbo311

I think Ducati is still missing the mark with the lifestyle branding. Street youth culture doesn't want a new Ducati and can't afford one. They'd rather have a skateboard or maybe a vintage bike that's VERY cheap. Motorcycle people buy motorcycles, and good luck convincing millennials to be motorcycle people. Maybe I'm wrong, but I'm at a loss with what to think of the Scrambler. The more it tries to be authentic the less it is.
