- Today we have a beautiful one-owner 1962 Gibson ES-175D to share with you all, and it is still loaded with its original PAF pickups! A wonderful example of one of the most iconic jazz guitars of all time, this instrument has a fast 60's profile neck, a gorgeous sunburst finish, and of course the rich, woody quality of a large archtop body. Today we have Aaron Hiebert in for the demo through a black-panel Fender Vibrolux Reverb!

The demo should include a jazz guitar player with some jazz guitar chops to really explore the many tones the PAFs are capable of. As great a player that Aaron Heibert is the guitar needs an expanded technique that includes harmonics and swing to pay tribute to it's jazz heritage.
Completely agree. 👍
I thought the intro guy was gonna toss the guitar right out the window the way he was throwing it around 😂
Phenomenal guitar though and thanks for the demo.
Lovely guitar, and great playing. Aaron is a super talented and expressive player, it’s a thumbs up from me 👍
Thanks Paul!! Appreciate that! Definitely a different guitar for me to play haha. It’s a great one though!
Beautiful!
Awesome Awesome Awesome
I'll pass on Gibson and stay with the great Epiphone 👍🏻
Please cast a jazz performer for the purpose of the instrument.
Choose an L4! 😘
What, no price on the board? This ES must go for mucho $$$$.
Great playing by Aaron - a good player - but none of it shows the jazz pedigree and the varied tones of the hollowbody - a definite miss by @emeraldcityguitars
Ripped!!
Poor guitar did not deserve to suffer in the hands of an amateur musician.
Amazing instrument, terrible playing, STOP IT, please
Beautiful 175. Awful playing demonstration. Is his middle name staccato 😱.
He may not play your type of music, but that is hardly a reason to say he is awful. You must have a miserable life. Sad.
@@chuckyz2 it’s an opinion, so go boil your head. It was a fkn awful demonstration of the attributes of a 175 oh mighty keyboard warrior.
Good player but a bad fit for the type of playing style this guitar requires
@@GuitarMan22 Who would you suggest?
