I’m 23 and I understand. I have the devil breathing down my neck daily. Bills. Two kids. Failing marriage. But my pastor once told me, failure plus failure doesn’t make failure. It makes you wiser. You walk through the storm so you can come out the other side made new. It’s okay to feel lost. But don’t believe for a second that you have lost. You have breath. You have life. As hard as it may be… those are enough reasons to keep going. Because you’re not done doing life until you stand before God. Keep looking up. Pushing. Look for what life is about. It’s not about what you get but what you have given. Sacrifice. Building something that no one can take away. Your soul. So strive and go into it with hands wide open with anticipation that it’s not the end. Just another start.
