It’s really too bad with the “kids in the neighborhood dirt biking etc…..” that to me is all the reasons why I would prefer dealing with the HOAs of gated communities…..But it’s good to learn about the different areas of the Las Vegas vicinity…..Dated design.

Some people actually enjoy children…. Stick to HOA’s. Stay far away from them kids who will step on your lawn. lol
