HI Ken. The battery resistance could not be Mega-ohms because if it was that high, very little current could flow. Instead, it is milliohms. Theoretical ideal battery resistance would be zero to not impede current flow and to not drop any voltage internal to the battery. Oh... and "m" means milli or small vs "M" means Mega or big.

Thanks for the clarification!
Great review on this battery tester Ken
I like your review Ken it was excellent
Thanks Hank!
Nice review Ken, looks like it'd be a nice one to have around. 👍
Good value
👍Nice with the bagwards polarity.
Thanks for watching!
I think your tester is the one I would have because you're able to check the charging system, but that one's ok..
I agree
It shows voltage so if you started it the voltage would jump up (if the charging system is working) wouldn't it?
If it’s a standard rectified AC to DC system is would rise with rpm.
Hi.Nice video.Does this device has function to check battery discharge if there is any problems with any module or short circuit?
mega ohms is risistance 5-10 ohms is good,10-30 bad,0-5 very good. so your battery is good no internal shorts.
Thanks for the information!
Topdon 101 is probably more comparable to Kingbolen 580.
They (Topdon) sent me their newest to test, video to come out soon.
I like yours better.
Me too but good value for a small engine guy

It has a charging check on it. They just sent me the newest model, I will review it soon. Is there a specific electrical issue I can help you with?
