4kg Sardines Fish
2 kg Sea Salt [Approximately]
5g Dried Kelp
100g Glutinous Rice - แนวปฏิบัติและการใช้ชีวิต

It is fermented. So it doesn't smell like dead fish. But you should seal properly for right processing.
