星星師傅, 啱啱琴日整咗個豉椒鮮魷炒米。 豉椒汁同煎米粉步驟已跟足師傅嘅方法,好味! 但係唔知點解, 魷魚整得比較韌。 我係用新鮮自己釣嘅大尾魷, 大約一斤四兩。 魷魚身比較厚但我已經片薄咗。 如果有機會麻煩你示範一下點樣做呀!
