Ever since I subbed to this channel I've been exclusively falling asleep to those long form VODs. AA's voice with the low intensity gameplay is just perfectly soothing sleepy time material.
I love that this is a recurring theme in these videos. Poor AA lol. As someone with a nasally voice and awkward speech patterns, he has the voice of an angel.
i am so relieved that i'm not the only one who finds genuine pleasurue in falling asleep to these long form low intensity gameplay videos. AA, your voice is really comforting and when I do pick up the jokes they're very clever and funny. Never stop curing my insomnia please
The crystals you get to summon the magic powers are finite, once you destroy all the enemy camps on the map there is no way to get more. Because of this they are the most important resource to horde, and not waste.
Cemeteries and siege weapons are the most important things long term. Decomposing corpses spread disease and lead to "zombies", which causes more disease. Siege weapons annihilate large armies, and you need to make sure you have them BEHIND the walls, preferably on towers, because siege weapons can't fire upon enemies when they're close.

you should build the scout tower basically immediately to reveal the map, it's really cheap, doesn't require a person to actually be in it, there's no reason not to build them immediately. I like to build 4, one in each corner of my visible area, right at the start. It's a much easier way of revealing the fog of war than running your troops around.
This is one of my favorite games you’ve played so far. I enjoy all of your content but I hope you post some more of this game, at least when it comes out of early access

Got it today started practice in the sanbox mode, they really added allot of options that makes things allot easier then They are billions and Alien Marauder
The game has Zepplins and doesn't let you drop rocks on folks using them or load them with archers? I guess they'd have to add enemy archers to counter that but it'd be awesome.
the healer cannot raise the dead, your spear guy never died. He got hit by a catapult ball, which, knocked him down and caused his health bar to go away until he got back up. He never died.
Kinda alright with not seeing AA's face. It just wouldn't deliver the same suspension of disbelief in each of his videos. Plus, I like to keep imagining what he looks like.
I guess the other way to look at this game is that no mater what the corrupt and powerful do to maintain their power, eventually they will fall to the will of the people.

Finally did again recently, but with the company's money, just because they wanted me to understand the games well enough to explain them to people (not that they're complicated). It happens. I was sure I wouldn't get the job when they asked if I ever gamble in the interview, totally shrunk up like a mouse in that moment, but they still wound up hiring me on the spot.

We only ever had one guy who I had to write up several times and eventually fire for constantly being thirty minutes to an hour late because he was drunk and in a bonus in another location when he should've been at work. Thankfully so far he's been the exception though.

Looks mediocre, possibly engaging, but is too expensive for what it is at 25 dollars. I personally wouldn't pay more than 15, coming from a long time Stronghold/Starcraft/Spell Force fan. The gaming industry can do better, it just needs more incentive to do so.

Also I feel like keeping 10-20 Spearman around once the walls are up would be worthwhile so you have a speedbump for when a section breaks.

Are you able to build multiple barracks? Might help you be able to build your armies faster with multiples
You can have more than one barracks and you can research faster training speeds. It is much faster.

The catapults have a minimum range, you need a balance of catapults and archers. Also, you're sleeping on the trebuchets, spearmen, and crossbowmen.
The catapults also just don't do very much damage.
