Hey Christina, thanks for the kind words and giving it a try. We are glad you like it! Let us know how the other two go if you give them a chance. Thanks for watching! -The FMP Team
I’m super excited to try this! If I start doing the first 15-min workout consistently three times a week, how fast do you think I would start to see results?
great vid Dr. when you say heavy weight bell-pls what do you recc my start weight should be and up to, for 41 yr woman? i was told to do the lightest; I need toning-light jiggle under the arms-but want to know specific effective lb. Thank you-Keep up the Fit !!🎉❤
Hi Doc! Maybe I missed it and I watched it twice before asking. (hope I didn't miss it) What are the kettle bell weights you recommend for each exercise? I have never used Kettle bells but I am not a beginner to exercise having done your other videos.
Hey Tina, thanks for writing in and great question! The weight amount will vary, depending on the individual. But most of our members use around 10-15lbs for the smaller KBs and 30-40+lbs for the larger ones. If you try one of them, let us know how it goes. Thanks for watching! -The FMP Team
Thanks for writing in! Most of our members use around 10-20lbs if using a singular KB (or 5-10lbs if using two). But if looking for a more comprehensive approach to your overall health and fitness, including more guidance and a variety of KB workouts, check out our 1-week LIFETIME membership sale that will have you reclaiming your wellness...for LIFE! www.fitmotherproject.com/lifetime-2024-l Best of luck! -The FMP Team
Hey thanks for writing in! As long as you are using lighter weight with good form, someone with osteoporosis can utilize these movements. And if looking for some all natural supplements to help with your joints, check out our FMP collection here: store.fitmotherproject.com/collections/supplement-collection Best of luck! -The FMP Team
Hey Suri, thanks for writing in and hope the fast went OK for you! We do have a great workout routing that can help mitigate any muscle loss. However, I would recommend doing this outside of prolonged fasting periods as a way to help prevent any losses. Best of luck and let us know how it goes for you if you try it! pulse.ly/obxxhw6pn8 -The FMP Team
Hey LM, thanks for writing in and great question! We are big fans of yoga/pilates as you can work your body in a completely different manner with more isometric exercise. However, as with most things, we recommend using this as a piece to the puzzle as lifting heavier weights, cardio, (dynamic) stretching, and muscle-tissue work are all integral aspects to a well-rounded body. Ironically, we are in the process of adding a full yoga program to our current FM30X All Access membership program. You can learn more here==> pulse.ly/s0nycu2fdl -The FMP Team
Hey Christine, thanks for writing in and great question! The difference will vary per individual but as long as it's roughly 3-4x heavier, you are in good shape to do the workouts. Thanks for watching and happy lifting! -The FMP Team
Hey Angela, thanks for writing in and great question! Kettlebells are a great option as the offset weight helps create more core activation. Most of our members start around 10-20lbs if using two or 20-40lbs if using one heavier KB. Best of luck and thanks for watching! -The FMP Team
Great question! However, the answer will vary, depending on the individual, their strength, fitness level, etc. However, most of our female members use anywhere from 10-20lbs per KB. But the exact amount doesn't matter as much as choosing a weight that challenges you consistently. Best of luck! -The FMP Team
Hey thanks for writing in and great question! And yes, you can absolutely sub in DBs instead. Both will work very well for these movements. Best of luck! -The FMP Team
Hey there doc .. can women over 45-50 build muscle with strength training ?? As ppl say after 40 it’s only maintenance no muscle growth so wanted to clarify
Hey Priya, thanks for writing in and great question! Women 45+ can absolutely work to build muscle. It's all about providing the body with the proper stimulus for growth and nutrition for development. Check out this video for more info==> pulse.ly/cvfarllc4f Thanks for watching and happy lifting! -The FMP Team
Hi Janet, thanks for writing in and great question! The amount will vary depending on your current fitness level but starting anywhere from 5-15 pounds is a great place to begin. Just be sure to keep your core nice and tight throughout ALL movements, to keep your body safe! -The FMP Team
Great question! Though you can do just about any KB movement with dumbbells instead. Otherwise, if you don't have DBs, check out some bodyweight movements here: th-cam.com/play/PLbG8O6B6Zl8mtLkxV9MnOjdVsOsCllPNW.html Best of luck! -The FMP Team

When i use this weight my thighs hurt for 3days i cannot even kneel down and straighten up without holding on to something!! It is though but thats why it works
Correct. YET the mechanism that burns those calories (the specific type and intensity of exercise used) has variable effect on muscles stimulated, functional range of motion challenged, and effect on the CNS. This is a fact.
I’ve moved from machines to cables+dumbbells & now KB, I very much prefer KB as I feel I gain much more functional strength from them vs the others. Great channel- over 50 and not a mom 😂
Looking for a new protein powder and came across a You Tube Doc who says all protein powders should be avoided, ground up protein stimulates insulin and "makes people fat." Could you offer advice on this? So discouraging when conflicting info is shared by doctors. Sigh!
Hey Leanne, thanks for writing in and great question! All types of proteins will stimulate insulin production as it's necessary for shuttling the consumed food to your cells for energy. And protein actually stimulates insulin less than carbohydrates so using protein powder is actually a super convenient way to consume many great benefits. For a high quality option, check out our very own Super Fuel==>pulse.ly/uqv6o4vi3r Thanks for watching! -The FMP Team
